Hilaria Baldwin shared her daily yoga photo on Saturday that showed her squatting with baby Carmen at the beach while husband Alec Baldwin executed the upward dogs pose.

The 55-year-old actor wore a black sweatshirt and green trousers and had his knees slightly bent as he held up the couple's two small dogs one in each hand.

His 29-year-old yoga teacher wife Hilaria was wearing black leggings and a grey sweatshirt as she bent deeply and held little seven-month-old Carmen bundled in a pink jacket in front of her.

'Wishing all of you goddesses a happy #internationalwomensday #hilariaypd #yogapostureoftheday (goddess pose),' Hilaria tweeted to her more than 20,000 followers on Twitter.

The pretty brunette has committed to posting one yoga portrait of herself to Twitter every single day.

She wrapped herself like a pretzel in Friday's photo with her head between her thighs in the driver's seat of a car.

Bundled up: Carmen was bundled up in pink blankets as Alec and Hilaria walked on Saturday for a cup of coffee in the Hamptons area of New York

Doting parents: Alec and Hilaria got married in June 2012 and welcomed Carmen last August

Alec and Hilaria also were spotted on Saturday morning going for a coffee run in The Hamptons area of New York.

Alec had on a long green ovecoat and held a cup of cofee while Hilaria wore black leggings, knee-high black high-heel boots and a puffy black jacket.

Carmen had on purple trousers and a pink top and was kept warm wrapped in a pink blanket.

Alec recently started filming scenes in New York City for the drama Still Alice that also stars Julianne Moore and Kristen Stewart.

Julianne plays a woman with early onset of Alzheimer's disease with Alec playing her husband and Kristen their daughter.

Alec and Hilaria got married in June 2012 and welcomed Carmen last August.

The 30 Rock star also has 18-year-old daughter Ireland from his first marriage to actress Kim Basinger.
