Justin Bieber comes across as arrogant and disrespectful in the video tape of his deposition.

The 20-year-old singer was called to Miami for a formal hearing on Thursday regarding a lawsuit that claims he instructed his bodyguards to confront the photographer who was then assaulted.

TMZ have obtained a copy of the full four-and-a-half hour deposition for the lawsuit and have cut it down to the most shocking moments.

The star rocks from side-to-side on his chair in a non-plussed fashion, while telling the photographer's lawyer, 'I don't have to listen to anything you have to say.'

He is then asked: 'Do you remember being in Australia ever?' to which he shrugs and replies: 'I don't know if I've been to Australia. Have I been to Australia?'

Justin also fumes after being asked about his beau Selena Gomez. The lawyer asks: 'Have you ever talked to Selena Gomez and discussed your feelings about paparazzi?'

To which the singer puts his head in his hands, sighs, and says: 'Don't ask me about her again. Don't ask me about her again,' repeatedly.

Bieber's lawyers permit him to take a break at this point and he eventually rips his microphone off before he and his lawyer storm out.

The pair later returned to complete the deposition, but in a series of barbed responses Bieber allegedly said: 'What is this, 60 Minutes?' and later: 'I don't know Katie Couric, you tell me?'

Later, the lawyer says 'Do you know an individual by the name of Usher?' Justin replies: 'Yes, Usher, that sounds familiar,' sarcastically.

The Believe hitmaker is being sued by Jeffrey Binion, who claims one of the star's minders choked him and stole his camera equipment in June 2013.

It has been claimed Justin ordered his bodyguard to seize Jeffrey's memory card after he tried to snap a candid picture of the teen heartthrob leaving a recording studio.

Binion is suing both the pop star and his bodyguard, saying he suffered bodily injury, pain and suffering, mental anguish and incurred medical expenses following the incident.

Meanwhile, it seems that Justin may have other personal relationships to consider - namely, with a new sibling.

His mother, Pattie Mallette tweeted on Thursday night that she wanted 'more kids'. Taking to the micro-blogging site, she wrote: A baby looks good on me eh? (Yep still Canadian). #iwantmorekids!' as she posted a picture of herself with a baby.

Earlier this month, Pattie joined her son Justin to celebrate his birthday in the Bahamas.

The All That Matters singer splashed out thousands of dollars to fly his friends and family to a secluded beach resort on the Caribbean island of Eleuthera, where villas cost a reported $4,275 a night, to celebrate turning 20 last Saturday.

The break comes after concerns for Justin's welfare since his move from Calabasas, Los Angeles to Atlanta to pursue his hip hop career.

I am beginning to understand about this boy. He is really rather dim. That is why he is influenced by so many bad people so easily.

I really dislike Bieber but those questions had no relevance what so ever... and coming from a law student who has sat through and studied many dispositions.... this certainly is not how it should go...

this 'wanna be something' isn't worth the time it will take to press charges. Send him away and don't let him return.

Justin would have been better off just keeping cool and answering the questions unemotionally. Never let 'em see you sweat, Justin. You'll learn.
