We specialize in helping all size businesses expand their ideas using either our natural and organic stock cosmetic bases or a custom cosmetic formulations. With a combination of packaging, graphic design, and the best ingredients you can’t go wrong and the world will be waiting for your new product. Let us help you get started.

Q. What are your minimums & lead time?
A
. C.P.L has one of the lowest minimums in the contract packaging and manufacturing in the industry. Only 12 units on most items. Most competitor contract filling companies will require much larger minimums (5000+ units) but with us you can have what you want with a minimal investment.  And our typical lead time is only 1 to 2 weeks depending on the job and it's parameters.  Lead times can be longer for larger jobs and during the busy season.



Q. What about the packaging?

A. Our packaging abilities include almost any bottle or jar. We offer a great selection of stock packaging or you can use your own custom packaging choice.  Just send us a sample of your packaging, to see if it will qualify to be filled by our equipment. Once you have decided on the packaging for your project you can order your packaging and simply have it drop shipped directly to our warehouse.  If you want us to source your packaging, then we can certainly offer this service as well.



Q. What about labels?

A. C.P.L Offers:

Hot stamping on packaging at a $200 one time set up fee and $0.30 cent running charge.

Plate re-setup fee of $40 is added with container/packaging change (applies to re-orders)

Skin Care Plate re-setup fee of $80 is added with container/packaging change (applies to re-orders)

Q. What labels the products include?

A. All colors are pre-named and all numbers and names appear on the website, if you wish to change the name and the number you can do so for additional fee of $5 dollars per name / number, this fee is waved if you order more then 50 pcs per color. When submitting the name change it must be emailed to us as excel sheet and must show old and new numbers/names.

All eye shadows, eye primer, foundation, blush, bronzers, glitters come with a label that includes the following:

These will be placed on items mentioned above ordered through CPL. These bottom labels do not include your logo. Logo stickers/ hot stamp on the top of the lid and will be added separately per customer's request and incur additional fees listed in FAQ's page on our website under label sticker and hot stamping.

 

Q. Where can I see the ingredients?

A. Every product page includes the ingredients, weight and SKU, feel free to browse around to view the info you need. If you find a product without the information please let us know and we will update the page accordingly.

 

Q. What about custom formulation?

A. Custom formulation is possible and requires a minimum of 1000-3000 units (depends on the product) of the same kind of product. There will be a 6-8 weeks of samples preparation and another 3-4 weeks to have products ready. If you wish to inquire about creating custom formula please contact us via the Contact us form

 

Q. Do you have product boxes?

A. CPL offers product boxes that come with windows that show your logo and product description. If you wish to create your own boxes with your logo on it please email us for custom quote, please include product type, description and desired quantity. Please note minimum quantity for custom box is 1,000 units.



Q. What about privacy?
A. C.P.L has done contract manufacturing and packaging for hundreds of companies around the world and we are very committed to our policy on privacy for our clients. We will sign an Confidentiality Agreement with all new clients. This Confidentiality Agreement should be sent to us before we issue any quote for any type of private labeling project. If you have additional documents that your company requires us to sign then we will need to review and approve those documents prior to starting your project.



Q.How much does is cost?
A.The total estimated cost for your project can only be determined once we have all the details like the product(s) chosen plus packaging, quantity, labeling requirements, and finishing details. Additionally, we do require that you obtain a pre-production sample of any customer product.

 

Q. Do you offer logo design?

A. If you wish to create a logo for your company CPL can help you design a professional logo and match it to the products line with branding in mind. Our graphic design department will create 2 sets of logo, the client is allowed to make 2 changes to each logo set. A fee of $200 will be required along with any guidelines, references and special requirements. Feel free to contact us for more information.

 

Q. Shipping?

A. The shipping is calculated when all packages are packed and ready to be shipped but if you want real time estimate you can select the products of your interest by adding them to your shopping cart then go to your shopping cart content and enter your shipping address, the estimated shipping charges should appear at that page.

 

Q. Can I order samples before placing bulk order?

You will get 5 samples of each product with an option to remove certain items you don't need. Q. How are your products tested?
A. All Cosmetics Private Label products never been tested on animals and cruelty free.

 

Q. Can I use the images and text from your website to use in my own?
A. Cosmetics Private Label owns the copyrights for all material presented on our website, and/or has secured a valid right from a third party to use their materials on our website. This website was created specifically for viewing purposes ONLY. No part of the Cosmetics Private Label website may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any manner whatsoever without the express written consent of Cosmetics Private Label. Cosmetics Private Label is not liable for the unauthorized use of any content that is copyrighted or rights managed by a third party or outside source. The product description and shades provided in the catalog are presented for guidance only.

 

Q. What's Next?
A. Once you confirm your project details and send us a purchase order, we will email or fax you a contract with all the details so that there are no misunderstanding. We must receive this signed contract and any other required forms along with your down payment, as well as all the other items that you will be supplying before we will put your project on the production schedule. Our normal lead time is 1 to 3 weeks depending on the project and season but can be more or less depending on production scheduling issues, supplier delays, size of the job or other events outside of our control.
