She's currently facing prison after pleading guilty to fraud charges.

But Teresa Giudice seemed to be taking her mind off her troubles as she supported her daughter Milania's success in a cheerleading competition on Saturday.

The 41-year-old reality star shared several snaps of the day, including many of her eight-year-old daughter showing off her first place gold medal.

'Milania wearing her 1st place medal love u...' the mother-of-four wrote above a Twitter picture of the little girl.

Dressed in a sporty red, white and blue outfit with a large bow in her hair, Milanie smiled widely as she proudly sported the medal on a purple ribbon around her neck.

Re-tweeting friends' pictures of the event, Teresa could be seen sporting her favourite black baseball cap, emblazoned with the word 'LOVE' in crystals.

Her long black hair perfectly styled, the Real Housewives Of New Jersey star grinned as if she didn't have a care in the world.

Clearly focusing on family in this difficult time, Teresa and husband Joe spent the previous Sunday and another cheer event, this time supporting eldest daughter Gia.

And the family support paid off as Teresa tweeted: 'Congratulations Broncos to 1st place & Grand Champions @truegia!!!!'

Sporting the same cap and a comfy vest with a jumper, the reality star cuddled up to her eldest girl and husband Joe in one snap.

Another showed the star posing with Gia and Audriana outside of the competition as snow covered the ground.

Also in attendance was Teresa's brother Joe Gorga who came along to support his nieces and posed for a family picture with Milania, who was competing in another round of the competition ahead of her victory this week.

Meanwhile, Teresa and her husband Joe have plead guilty to fraud charges but her lawyer is hopeful she can avoid prison time by serving her sentence - which is expected to be 21 to 27 months - on house arrest, according to a report from UsWeekly.

Last week the 43-year-old patriarch pleaded guilty to five counts (including bankruptcy fraud, conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud, and failing to pay taxes) and faces up to 46 months in prison.

It was also reported by TMZ the couple will ask that their prison sentences be served one after the other as they have four daughters - Gia, 13, Gabriella, aged nine, Milania aged eight, and Audriana, aged four - to look after.

'Because of substantial hardship with the kids, we are hoping staggering of sentences does occur,' Feinstein told Us Weekly. 'I've had it in a few cases where both parents are sentenced to jail time but we stagger the time so both parents are not away from their kids at once.'

'Before Teresa is formally sentenced by the judge, she will meet with the United States Probation Department and a report will be prepared,' a source told RadarOnline.

'The report will outline recommendations for sentencing for the judge to consider and one of those items will include if house arrest is suitable for Teresa.'

If she does get to serve her time in the family's sprawling mansion, prosecutors will fight to ban her Bravo reality show cameras from filming there, according to the site.

They also alleged the Giudices received about $4.6 million in mortgages, withdrawals from home equity lines of credit and construction loans. Legal fight: Teresa and Joe pictured at a New Jersey court facing fraud charges on Tuesday

She is a rude and ignorant woman, and has a huge chip on her shoulder, he thinks he is a big mobster, but Joe Gorga is lovely and his wife also.

I actually feel sorry for Joe. I think he has a strong 'good side'. He just screwed up every which way and how!
