We’re used to seeing Naomi Watts in sexy swimwear on Bondi Beach.
And why not? The mother-of-two is in fantastic shape, but on this occasion - in sunny California - the Aussie actress decided to cover up in a pretty flowery dress.
Naomi, 45, and her actor husband Liev Schreiber, 46, were seen enjoying a day out with their boys Alexander, six and Samuel, four, during the St. Patrick's Day weekend in Santa Monica, California.

In what appeared to be a fun day out Liev and Naomi alternated between picking up the boys, holding their hands as well as making sure the dog was looked after too.
And despite both being busy A-list actors, they looked like any other young family enjoying a day out at the beach.
Naomi, has been refreshingly honest when speaking about the challenges of juggling a young family with their hectic careers.
Quality time: Liev walks hand in hand with his young son. He and Naomi are keen to make sure their young sons have a well-balanced upbringing
Last year the Diana actress revealed: ‘Our family life is good, Liev is a brilliant dad, but like any family we have had our struggles and a relationship between two successful people who travel and are passionate about what they do takes work - it's not all a bed of roses.’
The couple have spoken openly about how they try to ensure their children know how lucky they are.
Liev told the New York Post's Page Six: 'Now that I have two small kids - [we're] finding ways to teach them about generosity and compassion.'
The chase: Liev and his son make circles in the sand and they arun around after each other

The actor added that he and his long-term girlfriend Naomi recently 'took the boys up to the [homeless charity] Association to Benefit Children in Harlem, and they basically got to play with the kids for two hours and it was amazing.’
Liev has enjoyed a successful year and attended the Golden Globes in January, where he was nominated for Best Actor in a TV Drama for his work in Ray Donovan.
However, he the award went to Bryan Cranston for Breaking Bad. Sadly for Naomi, her cinematic offerings in 2013 landed her with two Razzie nominations for Worst Actress, in Movie 43 and Diana.
