Prothinspo loves Jeisa Chiminazzo.
Jeisa is one of my favorite runway models and now she just got the spokesperson job  for Karl Lagerfeld 'K' FW 0708. Click here to see all of the new photos from Karl Lagerfeld.
Anyway, Jeisa told us that she works out 6 days a week. Mostly cardio exercise and works with the Ball to tone up her belly and inner core muscles.
As far as Diet, she is a model, she told us that she has a piece of fruit for
breakfast or just coffee and a cig.... sometimes she told us hontestly.
She is big on the
water and drinks at least ten glasses a day!
Lunch is usually a light salad.
And
Dinner depends if she is working the next morning. If she is working in the morning... she will have some strawberries or some other type of light berry to munch on.
If she is not working in the morning she might have a couple of shrimp, or a small piece of fish and a salad with Liquid L-Carnitine in some juice. As far as what she puts on the salad....
just lemon juice and vinegar.... Nothing fancy, or fatty.

How does Hilary stay in such amazing shape? Well, of course that was the first thing we asked.
Hilary jumps rope for 20 minutes at a time... that sounds easier than it is. Jumping rope in place is not as easy as it looks. It will take you some practice to get to a
point where you are not stopping and starting again. Not all jump ropes are the same. If you are going to start out jumping rope... make sure it is not some cheap
one. You could get hurt.
Prothinspo of course asked about her
diet.....Because of her busy schedule she eats on the go. A lot of times she does not have time to eat at all... she will have a
meal replacement, that she can take a grab and go..
Dinner, Chicken or Fish and small tossed Salad with lemon and vinegar and some brown rice and steamed veggies. With a Vitamin Supplement to keep her
nutritional levels high so she continues to burn weight with little calorie intake
Dessert if she has any is always just three to four bites of anything. But, only three to four bites... And when she says bites they are not huge!!

I LOST 20 POUNDS IN  3 WEEKS!!
Yes, we here at Prothinspo are always looking for quick ways to lose weight. Recently I tried a bunch of different  combinations and lost a sick 20 pounds!! Back into the size 0 jeans I was wearing when I was doing the runways in Paris. Okay, so how did I do it?
First I did a body cleanse.
(This is what I used.) This is a  2 week cleansing program. A complete, organic, internal cleansing program for first time cleansers. Even though I am far from a first timer... I like this formula because it is extremely gentle. Because it is a  two week
program it gives the body time to  support the cleansing of all 7 channels of elimination.
During the first two weeks I had a strict diet. Get yourself a food scale if you can't eye up your food!
Breakfast Monday- Friday... I had half a melon or small grapefruit or orange. Coffee with either non-fat milk or soymilk. No sugar!! With either a bag of 6oz. of dry cereal or a bowl or oatmeal. It always depends on time for me. If I can sit and eat the oatmeal awesome. If not I am
on the run with all my food in bags eating on the way.
Lunch Monday - Friday... I try not to eat to much at one sitting. The best is to keep your metabolism up by refueling but not to much at one time. Quantity is really the main cause of weight gain!! So for lunch I had one small chicken breast grilled, no skin. With lemon juice on it.
Lemon cuts fat. That is why it is in so many cleaning products. So if you eat it on fatty foods it breaks down the fats on the foods, before you eat them.
If the place I go for lunch had no chicken. I would get a grilled salmon steak or a can of tuna.
One large tomato and for a starch, a baked potato nothing on it.
Dinner Monday -Friday.. I had fruit salad with grapefruit,oranges and pineapple with slices of apples. For a protein I would have Turkey or Fish or Chicken Grilled about 4oz.
Or a large mixed green salad with lettuce,sprouts,tomatoes,cucumbers,green peppers, broccoli lightly steamed first and then chopped, with red kidney beans for protein. Sometime if I could find it I would put some veggie shreds (fake tofu cheese) on the salad. The dressing I
use half of a  lemon"s  juice, 1 and half tablespoons of red or white vinegar, a couple of sprigs of fresh dill or if not fresh just a pinch.. dill is  a strong flavor and 1Tink of green tea salad oil.
Saturday-Sunday... For Breakfast for those first two weeks.. I had a half a banana and 1 serving according to the box of cereal with soy milk.
Lunch.. Tossed Dinner type of Salad either fruit or lettuce.
Dinner.. Fish. 4-6oz of any type of fish. 1/4 cup of brown rice and steamed broccoli or other veggie of choice.
Snack.. Fresh Carrots or celery.
Starving Need Snack Now.. 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Saltine Crackers.. check your box for their serving size amount!
SO WITH THE
CLEANSING AND THE DIET  I DID THE THREE WEEK CIRCUIT PROGRAM AND WALKED 20 MINUTES ON THE TREADMILL OR OUTSIDE AND SOMETIMES SLOW JOGGED FOR 20 MINUTES TWICE A DAY. EXCEPT FOR THE WEEKENDS... WEEKENDS ARE FOR OTHER
THINGS!!
By the 3rd week I was really looking smaller and everyone was telling me I am tooo thin.  But I had a goal to reach and they were not going to stop me! For the next three days I went on the 3day Fruit Diet
After Three days I was really looking awesome.  My measurements were moving and my body fat % was going down. And of course you know me, weighing myself.
I was finally only 5 pounds away from my size 0 jeans that I bought in Paris. So close, but laying down to zip them up was feeling like a big cheat!!
So for the remaining amount of time left I sped things up a little bit with some
Berry Hoodia. Since I only had 4 days left to reach my goals I really hit the diet hard!!
For Breakfast I made a shake with some
Hoodia, strawberries, 1/2 banana two chunks of pineapple and blueberries. All fruit can be frozen or fresh. 1/2 cup vanilla flavored soy milk. I teaspoon of vanilla extract 1/2 cup nonfat milk and 1 tsp of brown sugar.
For Lunch.. Fruit salad or Tossed Salad. No proteins! Or Starch.
For Dinner... Small portion of any type of Protein.. that means meat,fish,chicken or tofu(bean),etc. 1baked potato and 1 cup of veggie of choice steamed or grilled.
ALL OF THE HIGHLIGHTED AREAS IN THIS ARTICLE ARE WHAT I USED TO HIT MY GOALS!!
Well, that is it... of course this worked for me and is not intended to be a program. This is just what I did and for entertainment purposes/ remember to always see a doctor before starting an exercise or diet program.

I was so disappointed when I opened this magazine to read about Jessica Simpson’s “new” diet. Especially
since the article proclaimed that this is “The diet that’s changing Hollywood”.
Ha. The alleged “diet” is the SAME one that is featured in nearly every single tabloid diet article! These
supposed diet plans are nothing but the same thing recycled over and over.
In order to back my claims up, I decided to do a little research on this little diet phenomenon. Sure enough,


It’s always three healthy meals per day with small portions, plus two snacks. Or they like to say “five small
meals per day” although it’s the same thing. Granted, the diets look really healthy, as they have a combination
of lean protein, complex carbs, fruit, vegetables and healthy fats. But how is it that the celebrities suddenly
“discover” a new diet when it’s the same one, all the time?
This seriously leads me to believe that the tabloids have no idea which diets the celebrities are on at any
given time. Instead, they keep changing around and reprinting the same one over and over and changing the
name.
How disappointing.

Caffeine Supplements
Today’s urban warriors are much the same. Ginseng, caffeine and Eastern medicine are still being utilized.
Now as it was then, you are no where without the basics namely sleep, smart eating and exercise. First aim for

MY SKINNY:
I measure myself everyday to see where I am at.  I weigh myself everyday. I read all the diet information I can get
my hands on and I check my body fat .
I concentrate on my
thinspiration and keep motivated. I stand on my head for ten minutes a day and do 50 push
ups and 60 sit ups everyday without fail!!
This is something not proven but does seem to work for all who try it. I wear magnetic rings on different fingers
for different results. This is something that works for me. I wear to magnetic rings on both of my pinky fingers
when I sleep and I do have a magnetic mattress pad this is supposed to prevent all types of illness and eliminate
swelling, not to mention keep you looking younger.
I keep a  food journal, this is a proven weight management tool everyone should try.
I
exercise everyday.I have a part time job as a "floater" in a gym. A "floater" is someone who just comes in to
teach and leaves. It is great because I work out for free, and I have to because it is my job.  I learned that if you
gain muscle you lose more weight because your body continues to burn more fat. I sleep at least 6 hours a night
and drink plenty of water. To keep my skin healthy at bedtime I massage pure almond oil into the areas I want
firmer I also use some moisturizing products to really enhance the skin, and I take one aloe vera capsule two
times a day to avoid looking older or you can drink it for quicker results... Aloe juice.
I take a Cayenne supplement to boost my metabolism.I take a multi-vitamin and I drink a pro-biotic to avoid any
yeast. Yeast can make you stop losing weight even in
starvation mode.
When you don't eat very much your metabolism can slow down and you stop losing weight. Because heavy
spices bother my stomach I take a supplement. It is preferable to actually eat the spices. I use apple cider
vinager on my salads and in a tincture to help better my digestion and quicken my weight loss.
I suggest that everyone who wants to lose weight and look great, do some of the same. Try some of the
