He's worth $650m so why wouldn't he be collecting real estate?

On Monday it was reported Diddy - also known as Sean Combs and Puff Daddy - has been interested in buying two new properties that have to be big enough to throw massive parties at.

According to TMZ, the ex-boyfriend of Jennifer Lopez is looking into a $12m Mediterranean mansion near Beverly Hills. The same day PageSix announced the Come To Me singer was looking to sell his midtown Manhattan apartment for $7.9m so he could buy another bigger and much more expensive dwelling farther downtown.

As far as the LA property, located in the gated Beverly Ridge area, Diddy reportedly wants to make sure he can throw big fetes there before writing a check.

TMZ reported, 'The mogul is asking the local homeowners' association about its party policies... But we're told he won't make an offer if he and his friends can't cut loose.'

Neighbors aren't too keen on having noisy soirees taking place so they ask that all guests be cleared through security before entering, and if someone has a major bash, they must hire extra security and a valet service.

I don't believe he's worth that much--all he does is host parties for a fee. He does not own Ciroc alone either--which is technically a vodka, but really a sweetened wine, full of sugar, btw.

It's a really nice house that needs a simple make-over. The outdoor grounds look private, so much more than that White Elephant Konway and Kim bought in Bel Air. I would buy this house in a heartbeat over the house Konway and kim bought. This house has privacy on all sides, with no neighbors. Google or Bing Maps this address and see now private it is. This house is a great investment. 8 Beverly Ridge Terrace Beverly Hills, CA 90210 .

Cool house, but it could use a new interior designer to fix it up.
