Hilaria Baldwin celebrated St. Patrick's Day just like a regular pub-goer: upturned on a park bench.

Alec Baldwin's yoga loving wife bent her petite body at near impossible angles as she dedicated Monday's 'yoga posture of the day' to the Irish cultural holiday.

The 29-year-old even dressed in green and surrounded herself with Guinness bottles to authenticate the occasion.

Hilaria imitated a passed-out intoxicated person by lying flat on the wooden bench with her upper body flopped over backwards and draped all over the bricked sidewalk beneath her.

Her brunette tresses were sprawled across the public outdoor surface, as was her left arm.

She's getting serious: On the weekend, the yoga instructor - who has made a pact to post a pose every single day - formed one alongside sanitation workers as she helped heave garbage into the truck

The slim yogi wore black skinny jeans and imposing knee-high boots, but topped her outfit with an array of green attire - presumably as a nod to St. Patrick.

'Happy [St. Patrick's] Day!' Hilaria wrote in the caption. 'If you are going to end up like this, at least do it in a yoga pose.'

The Extra host is staying true to her pledge to share one yoga posture per day with the world by way of her Instagram account; a promise she made at the beginning of 2014.

And gratuitous? Another recent daily yoga pose saw Hilaria draped over the shoulders of a fireman

On Saturday, Hilaria - who has a seven-month-old daughter named Carmen with her famous husband Alec - managed to look like a pro as she struck a semi warrior pose as she pretended to give sanitation workers a hand with their garbage loading.

Friday's pose saw her slung over the shoulders of a burly, shirtless fireman, with Alec nowhere to be seen.

But although he declared that he had officially opted out of public life, the 30 Rock star did seem happy to appear in Hilaria's family yoga pose recently which featured the notoriously angry man grinning as he held their two pooches high in the air.

Alec plays too: The couple got the entire family involved - including the dogs - in a snap last week, in spite of Baldwin's vow to exit public life

She wants to create a place for herself while with Baldwin. I think he is a prop for her as she has to deal with his antics. I don't see her enjoying that silly and obese foul mouth. She may as well enjoy the benefits of having to deal with him. I am willing to guess, there was no pre-nup in that marriage. Smart girl.

This woman has a great entertainment factor and is living to her name. Those fotos are ment for her family, friends and yoga fans and not for DM to steal every one of them. Hilaria, unlike her trolls, has a life. And what a life!
