They certainly haven't always been the closest of friends.

But it seems that Yolanda Foster and Kyle Richards have formed a new alliance after bonding over their shared issues with Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills co-star Lisa Vanderpump.

As part one of the tense reunion special aired on Monday, the claws came out big-time for Lisa,
with her former pals accusing her of a multitude of sins - including being nothing more than a fake 'Hollywood' friend.

Though the two women have rarely seen eye to eye in the past, it seems that in teaming up against
a common adversary they've become connected and perhaps even developed a new-found respect for one another.

On Wednesday, the new besties headed into Beverly Hills for a very girly pampering session - hitting the salon for mani-pedis.

Both ladies looked stylish during their outing as they displayed their opposing styles, though their notable height difference was what drew the most stares.

With Kyle standing at a petite 5ft 2in, she was positively towered over by her Dutch-American pal, who is approximately seven inches taller.

Helping hand: The two women, who haven't previously been close or seen eye to eye, displayed their new-found bond as they headed to a Beverly Hills nail salon for a pampering session

Surprise friendship: The castmates were all smiles as they enjoyed an animated chat during their salon visit - perhaps discussing their mutual nemesis, Lisa Vanderpump

Yolanda was effortlessly put-together in her super-skinny low-slung jeans, which were cuffed to just above her ankles and held up with a navy belt, a crisp white shirt rolled up at the sleeves and unbuttoned just the right amount, teamed with a simple pair of navy blue stilettos.

She carried a small tan leather handbag and a navy blue blazer, which she put on as she left the
nail salon.

The 50-year-old's striking newly cropped platinum blonde tresses were worn in a sleek, straight style, while she opted for minimal, natural make-up and shielded her eyes behind aviators.

Kyle kept it classy in a knee-length fire engine red dress, which she paired with nude heels and
a matching designer handbag, accessorised with several layered gold necklaces.

Centre of attention: The 45-year-od appeared pretty excited with her glossy manicure as not one but two manicurists inspected the job to ensure it was up to her high standards before helping her put her impressive rings back on

Doted on hand and foot: The mom-of-four went the whole hog, with a manicure, pedicure and neck and shoulder massage during the excursion

The 45-year-old had her red-brown long locks perfectly blow-dried and wore large gold-framed sunglasses over her minimally made-up complexion.

Despite her pedigree, the star proved she isn't too posh to don a pair of flip flops as as schlepped through the spa with her heels in hand as she waited for her toenail polish to dry.

The new friends appeared to have a great time during their outing, chatting animatedly as they sat side-by-side being doted on.

While Yolanda kept it simple, with just a fresh bright red manicure, Kyle went the whole hog - getting her hands and feet taken care of while also enjoying a neck and shoulder massage as she sat in
her chair.

Opposite ends of the spectrum: The two women displayed their very different styles, with Kyle opting for a bright red knee-length dress and nude accessories while her companion showed just how to pull off jeans and a white shirt with aplomb

Patience is a virtue: While Kyle went for the works, her friend sat patiently waiting for her to finish, having only opted for a manicure

Effortlessly chic: The Dutch beauty looked simply stunning as she emerged from the salon showing off her impeccable style in skinny cuffed jeans, a crisp white shirt, navy blue blazer and matching stilettos, her newly cropped platinum tresses framing her pretty face

Emerging into the glorious sunshine sometime later, the pair couldn't have looked happier in each other's company.

With two more instalments of the reunion still to air, it seems safe to say that new alliances have been formed and Lisa is well and truly on the outs.

With rumours rife that the 53-year-old may not be back for another season of the hit reality show, this new friendship could just be the deciding factor in her cutting her ties once and for all.
