Can’t stop, won’t stop.

Technotronic / Pump Up The Jam
One of the best hits ever!!! Always works when nobody knows what to listen to.

Kavinsky / Odd Look ft. The Weeknd
I keep on going back to Kavinsky over and over again. His retro futuristic sound is something I can totally relate to. Like him, I grew up in the 80s and was obsessed with American movies, many of which had these kind of soundtracks. I’m still obsessed with movies, music, and visuals from the 80s.

I think my favorite track is “Odd Look,” as it features the Weeknd, whom I adore, and whose voice gives the track that little extra cherry on the top.

Warpaint/ Billie Holiday
I’m so down with the lady groups happening right now. Nothing like a girl group who remixes old girl group songs in a very depressing way. Also, this song is helpful because I often spell Billie Holiday wrong, but now if I ever try to spell Billie with a “y” I will think of this song and instead weep silently and spell it right.

Sean Nicholas Savage / She Looks Like You
So, our fashion editor used this as her heavy rotation last week—and there are times when the song really sounds like a cheesy 80s break-up ballad—so there are lots of reasons to not list it. but, regardless or redundancy and tinctures of Journey, I cannot stop listening. It’s probably because it comes from the indomitable Savage. His voice—the high-pitched ethereality, the chronic sincerity—hits you like warm wind and if I could, I would bathe nude in it all day everyday.

Guillaume Boulez, creative director

Iggy Azalea / Fancy ft. Charli XCX
Iggy Azalea gives us Clueless realness, one of my favorite movie of all time… Such a good video!

Go Yama / Laputa Star Bits
Hayao Miyazaki may be retiring, but San Diego-based beatmaker Go Yama has revisited the often dreamy songs that pepper the soundtracks of Miyazaki’s films, producing a tribute album of remixes. Aptly titled Glimpses from the Spirit Plane, the record is 14 tracks of pure nostalgia that’s updated with infectious hooks and sexy, slick beats that will melt your mind into a puddle of satisfaction. Bonus points for the track titles, too (especially “Based Forest God” and “Howl’s Castle Strut”).

Emily, fashion editor

Future / Move That Dope ft. Pharrell Williams, Pusha T
So, I still can’t decide if I even like this song at all, but I am strongly compelled by this lineup of some of my absolute favorite gentlemen in rap. Not to mention they’re all extremely good looking. It’s probably safe to say this is on my heavy rotation list 20% because I enjoy the song and 80% because of the mad swag.

Moderat, II
Have you ever listened to an album, and with social media at your fingertips felt the need to melodramatically shout at whomever will listen? THIS ALBUM IS SAVING MY LIFE (from this hangover).

Key tracks: Gita, Therapy, Let In The Light
