He made a name for himself as an action hero with a heart, whose fear and humanity was palpable in his stunt heavy films.
And for his final completed work Paul Walker does not disappoint as the new trailer for Brick Mansions shows the actor perform some of his most daring antics onscreen.
The just released clip shows the star, who died in November at age 40 in a fiery car wreck, jumping from a rooftop and into a small window across a roadway.

Out for revenge: Paul Walker plays a cop on a hunt for his father's killer in new trailer for Brick Mansions
But like all of his film roles, the actor is easy to identify with in the stunning sequence as his terror at performing the acrobatic feat is viscerally apparent.
Before making the great leap he mutters: 'This is a bad idea.'
But the motivation for the act stems from a desire to avenge his father, who was a police officer killed in the line of duty by a drug lord named Tremain (RZA).
The leap: Walker performs a terrifying stunt in the film
No easy feat: David Belle makes the leap before Walker's attempt
The action crime drama, which is a remake of the 2004 French film District B13, was filmed in the spring of 2013 and will be released on April 25.
In Brick Mansions Paul plays an undercover cop named Damien who finds himself running with gangsters in an effort to bring them down
Amid chaos and life-threatening scenarios, the handsome blonde actor is seen maintaining his characteristic calm and collected confidence.
Set in Detroit, the action revolves around a place called Brick Mansions.
Coming soon: The actor plays a detective who is bent on catching bad guys
Familiar role: Paul plays an undercover cop who finds himself running with gangsters in an effort to bring them down and save the day
It's an actual place that is a collection of graffitied buildings. The area seems very gritty and far from safe.
In the trailer a voice over describes the place as 'so dangerous we've built a wall around it.'
The man goes on to say: 'No one gets in. Now their leaders got the mayor and half the city hostage.'
Getting in character: Paul's character, Damien Collier, must save Detroit from gangsters ready to take it down with a weapon of mass destruction
Kicking ass: The actor is full of life in a film featuring beautifully choreographed and elaborate fighting sequences and plenty of stunts
Walker's Damien is then asked, 'Think you can handle it?'
The teaser then cuts to a scene where men armed with guns are seen.
Also visible is a weapon of mass destruction that has a timer. It's made clear these men plan on blowing up the city.
Partners in crime: In order to infiltrate the Brick Mansions where the gangsters reside, Damien must enlist the help of ex-con Lino, whom he is seen here sparring with
Thrilling: Much of the action is influenced by parkour, a sport that involves getting from A to B in the most efficient way possible, using one's body and surrounding surfaces to propel from one spot to another
Yikes! Lino, played by David Belle, the inventor of parkour, is seen here jumping from a burning building
Menacing: Men armed with big guns guard the brick buildings
Walker is teamed with a convict, named Lino, played by David Belle, who in real life helped
invent the sport Parkour, which the action in the film is heavily
influenced by.
Parkour involves getting from A to B in the most efficient way possible, using one's body and surrounding surfaces to propel from one spot to another, resulting in a a very dynamic and graceful style of movement.
Damien doesn't trust his partner at first, stating gruffly: 'First chance - what are you going to do? Put a bullet in the back of my head?'
Collateral damage: A large vehicle crashes through the window of a building
Cat fight: Two women battle it out, a large chain nearly taking one of them down
War! The entire city is engaged in fighting the menace
'I could have killed you already,' Lino responds.
The
men spar, with Lino busting out his impressive moves - perhaps winning
the respect of Damien, as the two are seen cooperating in subsequent
scenes.
In the end, it seems Damien might need his partner more than he thinks.
As the two confront a giant man on the opposing team, Damien says in a cocky manner: 'Kick his a**, don't get squashed.'
Whew! Damien and Lino have a moment of peace as they ride an elevator
Ready? The two prepare to fight a giant of a man
His blows deflect right off the man's beefy exterior, as Damien suddenly appears exceedingly frightened.
That's when Lino leaps in, ready to smash a huge brick over the giant's head.
The film also stars Kalinka Petrie, RZA, Catalina Denis and Ayisha Issa.
His other action film, Fast &
Furious 7, which not only includes car racing but focuses on it, is
scheduled to come out on April 10, 2015.
