Friendly exes Jessica Lange and Mikhail Baryshnikov bundle up against the frost as they enjoy a day out together

Their six-year relationship ended in 1982, but it appears Jessica Lange and Mikhail Baryshnikov are still on very good terms.

The duo, who have a 33-year-old daughter together, were seen taking a stroll in the East Village in New York City on Saturday.

Dressed in their winter attire, they seemed to be battling the cold winter wind, but their demeanour appeared friendly and warm towards each other.

Jessica, who has two other children from a previous relationship, looked youthful in a black coat, purple skinny jeans, a scarf and black ankle boots.

Meanwhile, the 66-year old Russian ballet dancer, who appeared as Sarah Jessica Parker's character Carrie Bradshaw's love interest in the last season of Sex and the City,  wore a long black leather coat, heavy sweater and khaki trousers with brown boots.

Jessica and Mikhail seemed to be enjoying their time together as they appeared deep in conversation.

The legendary actress, meanwhile, has been keeping busy at work.

Last month, the American Horror Story actress was announced as Marc Jacobs Beauty's first-ever celebrity face.

And this wasn't the first honor for the legendary actress.

For the last three consecutive years, Jessica has been nominated for a Golden Globe award in the Best Actress in a mini-series or motion picture made for TV category for her role on American Horror Story.

The two-time Oscar winner also stars in The Gambler, Paramount Studios' remake of the 1974 film starring James Caan.

The film features Mark Wahlberg, Brie Larson and John Goodman.

Rupert Wyatt, who directed Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes, is directing the flick in Los Angeles.

Jessica also holds five Golden Globes, two Emmys, and one SAG Award.
