From the painted-on purple Geisha-esque lips to the jaw-dropping outfit - Khloe Kardashian looked ready to hit the dancefloor of a Vegas club.

Instead the 29-year-old reality TV star's day out was rather less exciting - she treated herself to a frozen yoghurt and a pedicure with her sister Kim, 33.

And earlier enjoying a rigorous workout, Khloe Kardashian was clearly confident in her results, showing off her slim figure in one of Alexander Wang's sheer white 'PARENTAL ADVISORY EXPLICIT CONTENT' shirts that only covered her chest and upper arms.

Relishing the first day of spring, the 29-year-old teamed her blouse with a pair of white skinny jeans that accentuated her sculpted legs.

Quite dressed up for her casual outing, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star also wore a pair of black ankle-strap stilettos.

And she toted a black leather and snakeskin-printed handbag.

Khloe was perfectly primped from head-to-toe, including a fresh red manicure - which she later updated at a salon in Beverly Hills - and burgundy pout.

Kim was much more dressed down, but still sported heels.

The mother-of-one showed off her svelte shape in a grey V-neck blouse, ripped light blue skinny jeans, and tan strappy sandals.

Her appearance on Thursday comes days after estranged husband Lamar Odom told In Touch magazine: 'I want to make it work with Khloé.'

Speaking from his New York City hotel, where he is receiving physical therapy for a back injury, the sportsman revealed he will soon be heading back to Los Angeles.

'I'm going to see Khloé. I'm going to see her soon,' the hopeful-sounding NBA player shared of his plans.

Meanwhile, earlier this week, Khloe revealed she is still getting over the end of her marriage.

Speaking to Australia's 2Day FM breakfast radio show on Tuesday, the most outspoken of the Kardashian clan admitted she's still in the healing process following her shock split from her husband of four years.

'It's definitely not anything I'm through,' she said. 'I'm going through it, but I'm not through it.'
