They say the couple that dress together, stay together: or at least that's what Lara Bingle and Sam Worthington are hoping.

The high-profile Australian pair were spotted out and about in LA running errands in matching black outfits, yet again.

The 26-year-old model and her Avatar actor beau have been largely dressing in sync since hooking up in October, favouring all-black ensembles and sombre expressions for their street style.

Friday was no exception as the couple grabbed lunch, before completing some rudimentary tasks - such as dropping off a dress for dry-cleaning - hand-in-hand.

The 37-year-old Terminator: Salvation star dressed down in pair of jeans, a black jumper and black sneakers.

Lara kept it simple in a a loose black skirt and top, with studded sandals and a fitted leather jacket.

The leather garment seems to be a favourite of the model's, with the bubbly blonde also wearing it when she touched down in LA on Wednesday.

She and Sam wore coordinating black outfits then as well as they arrived in the US after a long flight from Sydney, where they had been for Lara to complete a court-ordered driving program.

Before they flew out of their home country, the couple were snapped in - yes, you guessed it - all-black as they walked along the Bondi beachfront to go for a workout at the Icebergs gym.
