Forget couture! January Jones follows Beyonce's lead in the $140 Topshop dress taking Hollywood by storm
Stars have access to fashion the average woman can only dream about.
But, despite having every designer clamoring to dress them, it seems January Jones and Beyonce are fans of clothing chain chic too.
January stepped out the red carpet in Los Angeles, California, on Thursday night looking stunning in a very familiar striped dress.
Budget beauties: On Thursday night in Los Angeles, California, January Jones wore wore the same Topshop dress that Beyonce wore earlier this month in London
The black and white satin A-line frock was the same dress that graced the famous curves of Queen B just two weeks ago.
Clearly a fashion favourite already, the striking dress was not by any big designer but instead by high street chain Topshop and cost just $140 (or £70 in UK branches).
However, fans looking to replicate the two stars' style may already be out of luck, as the dress is currently sold out online.
Rack to red carpet: For the Rebels with a Cause gala, the 36-year-old Mad Men star wore her Topshop creation as if it was just off the rack
Making it her own: When Beyonce stepped out in the same black and white striped look on March 6, the 32-year-old's stylist had obviously made a few quick alterations
While the same dress, the famous pair did wear it slightly.
For Thursday's second annual Rebels with a Cause gala, the 36-year-old Mad Men star wore her Topshop creation as if it was just off the rack, with the dress' sleeves worn loose and just above her elbow, and the skirt's hemline skimming below her mid-thigh.
When Beyonce stepped out in the same black and white striped look on March 6, the 32-year-old's stylist had obviously made a few quick alterations.
Heading out for a late night celebration with Jay Z at the members only Arts Club in London, the signer's dress had a noticeably shorter hemline and its sleeves had also been altered to be shorter and tighter fitting cap sleeves.
Fashion staple: Obviously getting the less is more memo, Anna Kendrick also shunned colour wearing a little black dress down the carpet
While the dress may have not made much of an impact on the stars' wallets, it did help January to stand out as she walked the red carpet at the charity event.
The mother of one - two-year-old Xander- accessorised the look with simple black dual strapped heels and a metallic silver clutch.
Skipping jewellery besides black lightening shaped earrings, the star added a pop of colour to the look by wearing bright red lipstick and nails.
Peek-a-boo: Alice Eve wore a floor length gown with a sexy split up the front
It's a reunion: Full House's Bob Saget and John Stamos attended the charity event
Keeping it simple: Molly Shannon also dressed in black and white donning a curve highlighting dress
Obviously getting the less is more memo, Anna Kendrick also shunned colour wearing a little black dress down the carpet.
The Pitch Perfect star's gown featured a number of different elements - including a ribbed fabric, high neck and a circle skirt - but still managed to look simple and subtle.
Allowing a hint of colour to sneak in, the patent heel-wearing 28-year-old added a emerald clutch and matching earrings.
Same, same but different: BJ Novak and Jimmy Kimmel both wore suits with striped ties but chose blue and grey respectively
What dress code? One person not subscribing to looking understated on the carpet, was Pharrell Williams, (pictured with wife Helen Lasichanh) who once again wore one of his signature Vivienne Westwood hats
For the kids: The Get Happy star also wore a pair of shoes specially designed with what appeared to be children's drawings on them
Also sticking to the colour palette was Alice Eve, who wore an all-black floor length gown, and Molly Shannon, in a black and white tight optical illusion dress.
Other celebrities to attend this year's event - which supports the lifesaving research of David B. Agus, M.D., Director, USC Westside Cancer Center and USC Center for Applied Molecular Medicine - included John Stamos, Jimmy Kimmel, Bob Saget and Barry Manilow.

Well suited: Producer Jerry Bruckheimer and performer Barry Manilow ditched their ties for a more laid back but still red carpet appropriate style

That TopShop dress looks cuter with longer sleeves and longer length. Bouncey's version looks like it's 3 sizes too small.
