Megan Fox shows off slender post-pregnancy figure while carrying eldest son as she steps out for first time since giving birth

Her baby boy was born just five weeks ago.

And on Friday Megan Fox showed off her slender post-pregnancy figure as she carried her eldest son, Noah Shannon, back to her car in the Larchmont Village neighbourhood of Los Angeles on Friday.

The 27-year-old wore clingy black leggings and a black T-shirt covered by a grey T-shirt with a deep V-neck, plus comfy sneakers.

Her long brunette tresses were centre-parted and framed her perfectly made-up face.

She accessorised with an oversized pair of square sunglasses, long chains and a large red leather handbag.

Her little lad was dressed in an orange T-shirt with a brightly coloured graphic image on the front, dark blue cargo trousers and orange trainers.

It's hard to believe the Transformers' star welcomed her second son, Bodhi Ransom, on February 12.

Bodhi and Noah are her children with husband of four years, Brian Austin Green.

The 40-year-old actor found fame in the hit series Beverly Hills 90210.

Bodhi means awakened, and is the word used in Buddhism for the understanding a Buddha has of the nature of things. It is sometimes translated to English as 'enlightenment'.

While an unusual choice, it was also the name chosen by Australian actress Teresa Palmer for her son - Bodhi Rain - recently.

It was first reported by TooFab that Megan and Brian had welcomed their second son at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles.

The actress is also a stepmother to Green's son Kassius - who turns 12 next month - with ex-partner Vanessa Marcil.

Back in November, the Jennifer's Body starlet opened up about her growing family.

'I think [Noah is] going to be an amazing big brother with time,' Megan told People magazine.

'I think he has an idea, but I don’t think he understands that a baby will be living with us all of the time -  that will be an adjustment.'

The star continued: 'He loves to be the center of attention and I also think he is a really sensitive child. I think that he’s going to be a nurturer.'

Megan beat Anna Kendrick and Elizabeth Olsen for the role of reporter April O'Neil in Paramount's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

The CG-infused action flick - due out August 8 - also stars Mirror, Mirror's Danny Woodburn, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire newcomer Alan Ritchson, and Twilight's Noel Fisher.

Megan is also releasing a fragrance this month.

'I have my Avon fragrance, Instinct For Her, which debuts in February,' she told Us Weekly last month. 'It's got a hint of sandalwood, perfect for daytime.'

Meanwhile, Brian will next star in the cabin-in-the-woods horror flick Last Stop with Mena Suvari.

The tattooed actor currently plays Sean opposite Charlie Sheen on the second season of Anger Management, which airs Thursday nights on FX.

She looks good, but let's be honest a woman's body is not the same after child birth.

I beg to differ. When giving birth so young, the body bounces back easily. Look back to old family photos of your mother or grandmother, etc & you'll notice they didn't retain weight after birth. Nowadays, if having a diet of processed food, it's hard to lose. In the 60s, my mother's dr would keep track of pregnant patients' weight, saying 20-lbs was enough. '10-lbs for the baby, 10-lbs for the mother'. Sounds healthy & would be better for women to adhere to, since excess weight afterwards sure makes mom feel less energetic.

people are always complaining and bringing up on how she's pretty ONLY because of her plastic surgery but who know what , who cares if I had money I too would find myself a great plastic surgeon and mold myself to perfection

I think she kind of ruined her life, to be honest.. She married old has-been David Silver, talked bad about movie directors and got pregnant way too young.. She would have done so much better if she would have dumped "David Silver" a long time ago.. She had a huge break after Transformers -- she could have been HUGE.. but she is slowly fading into has-been-ville with 90210's David Silver.. What a waste.

If she did anything, its her nose that looks slightly different...big deal...she looks good. She has had weight fluctuations...Transformers 2 she was told to gain weight for by Michael Bay. Weight changes looks and so does aging/maturing. Just look at Matthew McConaughey or Jared Leto. Extreme, yes but proves my point regardless. The first Transformers was about 10 yrs ago. Give it a rest with hating on her already.
