The anguished girlfriend of a missing Flight 370 passenger sends him her love on Facebook to keep hope alive
She's missing her love since he disappeared along with the rest of Flight 370, but in a series of heart-rending posts to his Facebook page, Sarah Bajc keeps hopes of a reunion alive.
Philip Wood, an American, who had been planning to fly to Beijing to meet Bajc for a relocation together to Kuala Lumpur, was among the 239 passengers who vanished two weeks ago in the Boeing 777.
Ever since, Bajc has posted to his Facebook page to send him her love and support.
Happy couple: Sarah Bajc and Philip Wood were torn apart when he went missing on Flight 370
Heartache: Bajc's loving missives express her loss
Day to day: Bajc recounts even minor details of her day to her love
'Dearest love, I hope you are able to get some rest where you are, and that they are feeding you. Any chance they include a glass of wine with dinner?' she writes in one hopeful post.
She calls him her life partner, and in post after posts expresses her love and remembers the moments of their lives together.
She even tells him that she can't simply let him win their most recent 'Words with Friends' game by default.
Hope: Bajc believes that they can still be together again and that he can feel her love
Bajc regularly updates her posts, writing almost ever day
'Good morning blue eyes. I hope you are able to get some rest in these dark hours that we share so far apart,' she writes.
While she's presented herself with a grim face in interviews, as the Post notes, Bajc has an outlet for a whimsical side online.
For instance the evening of March 15, when she wrote of the full moon.
Not only does she tell him about her mornings, but remembers adventures the happy pair had together
'Remember the Full Moon Party on Koh Phangan?' she asks. 'It was a little cloudy, and a little commercial, but as always we still had fun. I miss you so much. Please come back to me.'
She continues the posts and refuses to give up believing they will be reunited.
'Good morning baby, how are you holding up?' she wrote on March 13. 'I'm doing my best to bring you hope and courage and to continue the fight....Can you feel my love coming through to you? It's bottomless, so it should be able to reach you, no matter where you are.'
