Not too many 40-year-old women can successfully pull off the midriff baring trend popular with female celebrities such as Beyonce and Kim Kardashian.

But Rose McGowan did just that as she revealed her scuplted abs at the Decades: Les Must Do Moschino event on Thursday night.

The former Charmed actress proved she may have some of the magical powers of her famous character as she looked bewitchingly beautiful at the vintage boutique’s bash in Los Angeles.

While Romeo Moschino was emblazoned in red upon her white crop top, all eyes were drawn to the actress’ enviably sculpted abs as she hit the red carpet.

She paired the simple top with a zip up leather skirt with black and white stripe detailing, and drew attention to her athletic pins in white high heels.

The Grindhouse actress swept up her brunette locks into a loose ponytail which, teamed with her flawless skin, made her look even younger than her 40 years.

Keeping her make-up simple and classic, the star simply applied a slick of black eyeliner and emphasised her pout with bright red lipstick.

The actress was at the event to celebrate the vintage store Decades Inc’s acquisition of more than two hundred iconic Moschino pieces from the private collection of Lynda Yost, a longtime devotee of the brand.

The event was also attended by actress Mena Suvari, who opted for an all-black ensemble with a statement leather jacket, while popular fashion blogger, Aimee Song styled up her star studded leather jacket.

With the jacket slung stylishly over her shoulders, she wore a sheer white blouse underneath complete with a beek-a-boo black bra and completely the look with matching star studded leather shorts which showcased her lean pins.

Actress Paz De La Huerta opted for one of the more tongue-in-cheek Moschino pieces as she wore a black dress with the word Fake written underneath an arrow pointed at the face.

The black dress featured a statement necklace style collar in the colours of the Italian flag.
