But like all of his film roles, the actor is easy to identify with in the stunning sequence as his terror at performing the acrobatic feat is viscerally apparent.

Before making the great leap he mutters: 'This is a bad idea.'

But the motivation for the act stems from a desire to avenge his father, who was a police officer killed in the line of duty by a drug lord named Tremain (RZA).

It's an actual place that is a collection of graffitied buildings. The area seems very gritty and far from safe.

In the trailer a voice over describes the place as 'so dangerous we've built a wall around it.'

The man goes on to say: 'No one gets in. Now their leaders got the mayor and half the city hostage.'

Walker is teamed with a convict, named Lino, played by David Belle, who in real life helped invent the sport Parkour, which the action in the film is heavily influenced by.

Parkour involves getting from A to B in the most efficient way possible, using one's body and surrounding surfaces to propel from one spot to another, resulting in a a very dynamic and graceful style of movement.

Damien doesn't trust his partner at first, stating gruffly: 'First chance - what are you going to do? Put a bullet in the back of my head?'

'I could have killed you already,' Lino responds.

The men spar, with Lino busting out his impressive moves - perhaps winning the respect of Damien, as the two are seen cooperating in subsequent scenes.

In the end, it seems Damien might need his partner more than he thinks.

As the two confront a giant man on the opposing team, Damien says in a cocky manner: 'Kick his a**, don't get squashed.'

That's when Lino leaps in, ready to smash a huge brick over the giant's head.

His other action film, Fast & Furious 7, which not only includes car racing but focuses on it, is scheduled to come out on April 10, 2015.
