She has given birth to four children and still has a stunning frame for being in her forties.

But Heidi Klum doesn't even seem to need to follow a strict diet to maintain her fit figure.

The 40-year-old model was seen eating French fries while spending a beach day with her family at Paradise Island in the Bahamas on Sunday.

Despite partaking in the oily, fatty treat the America's Got Talent judge looked to be in great shape during the outing.

Heidi paraded around in her strapless black bikini and colossal brown sun hat on the outing.

She also accessorized the look with a pair of aviator-styled sunglasses and covered up in a leopard print sheer robe.

Accompanying Heidi on the Holiday were her Heidi's four children - Leni, 9, Johan, 7, Henry, 8, and Lou, 4 - whom she had with exes Seal and Flavio Briatore.

The former Victoria's Secret Angel was not afraid to get in the water and play.

She even sat in a yellow and transparent inter-tube while in the Atlantic Ocean as her children gripped onto the floating device.

Not seen on the outing was her 27-year-old toyboy Vito Schnabel.

Last week, the German-born supermodel was joined by the son of artist and film maker Julian Schnabel on a sight-seeing trip around Paris on Monday.

The new couple spent the day 'touring art galleries together' according to a report in People, with Heidi posting a shot of herself viewing the Mona Lisa alongside the caption: 'Looking at you.... looking at me!'

The Project Runway presenter and Vito were spotted smooching at an Oscar party in Beverly Hills earlier this month and were spotted attempting to sneak out of Vanity Fair's Oscars party.

Doing their utmost to go unnoticed, Heidi headed to her waiting car before Vito made his way to the other side of the vehicle and the pair headed home.

The couple first set tongues wagging when they were reportedly seen leaving Hollywood hotspot Bootsy Bellows together earlier this month.

While the pair weren't snapped together, an onlooker said they were 'making out' inside the David Arquette-owned nightclub.

Vito dated Demi Moore for several weeks in 2012, before he allegedly dumped her when they met up at the Art Basel event in Miami.

Just before that - Elle Macpherson was with the young New Yorker - who made a name for himself as a curator and art dealer while just a teenager.

I think she looks fantastic. She obviously takes care of herself. Allowing yourself the occasional bag of fries is fine, as long as you don't do it all the time. She's the perfect example of that.

We can all eat french fries, the point is to have 1 portion and not 10. Please stop perpetuating the myth that some people are 'naturally skinny' and can eat anything. It's not true, we all have to take responsibility for the amount of junk we choose to eat!
