A rendition of biblical proportions! Noah star Russell Crowe performs Johnny Cash hit on The Tonight Show after host Jimmy Fallon pokes fun at his music past
He was in several bands in the 1980s and wowed with his singing while starring in musical movie Les Miserables.
And Russell Crowe rolled back the years on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Thursday night by performing Johnny Cash hit Folsom Prison Blues after the host showed the actor a video of him when he was in a group called the Roman Antics.
Before the performance, Russell asked Jimmy: 'Do you mind if we do an old Australian folk song?'

Jimmy added: 'It's a little band that is not around anymore but I guess they were around in the 80s, and I guess they made a music video. I'm really into it and they're really cool.'

After the clip was shown, Jimmy asked Russell whether the song charted and he laughed before replying: 'No, I think it sold about 500 copies.'
