The saying goes 'if it ain't broke don't fix it', which Lauren Silverman seemed to have kept in mind when it came to choosing her top trouser pick.

The 36-year-old American socialite looked slim and stylish as she left the Nobu restaurant in London on Saturday night in her go-to outfit of choice, completing the look with a chic white blazer, which mirror boyfriend Simon Cowell's white shirt.

Simon, 54, and Lauren looked like they were still very much a happy couple as they left the West London restaurant to head onto the second part of their Saturday evening.

The couple, who welcomed son Eric into the world on Valentines Day, were last seen out together displaying a rare public display of affection at the glitzy opening night of new musical I Can't Sing on Wednesday night.

It is thought the couple were headed off to Jason Gale's 44th birthday party at the Sanctum Soho Hotel, which was being organised by Simon's ex-girlfriend and good friend Sinitta.

Sinitta, who previously dated Cowell in the 80's tweeted before the party: 'Watching #SNTA @antanddec dec live tonight n then hosting a big party at Sanctum for @JasonJGale birthday #Party StartsNow !!!'

Jason is the publicist and founder of LLG Media, and the London Lifestyle Awards.

Jason and Sinitta's relationship has previously raised questions as to whether they could be romantically linked, as they have been spotted on various sunshine breaks together.

The foursome seem to be firm friends, as they were spotted holidaying together in Barbados in December alongside Sinitta's adopted Children Magadalena eight and seven-year-old Zac.

Simon and Lauren have been in the UK since early March following Eric's birth in New York in February.

As well as introducing Eric to Simon's mother Julie, he has also been making plans for the new series of the X Factor, after quitting the US version for a return to the UK show.
