She said she was less than happy when she first saw bikini pictures of herself after having daughter North.

But Kim Kardashian will surely have nothing to complain about after seeing the shots of herself on holiday on Phang-Nga Beach in Phuket, Thailand, on Sunday.

The 33-year-old looked in incredible shape in a gunmetal grey bikini as she soaked up the sunshine on the picturesque beach.

With a full face of make-up and her hair tied back into a high ponytail, Kim looked ready for a photoshoot at any opportunity as she strolled along the sands.

The reality star previously revealed she had lost 50lbs following the birth of her first child, but has clearly lost even more weight since she made the claims.

In an interview last October, Kim revealed she had shed her post-pregnancy pounds by sticking to the Atkins diet.

She said: 'It's honestly the greatest challenge of my life to have gained 50 pounds and actually, I got on the scale today and it said that I am 50 pounds down.

'I will say it was the hardest challenge of my life and I was dedicated and I was motivated and I did the Atkins diet.'

But Kim's regimented diet and exercise plan, including regular gym workouts and hikes with her family and friends, have clearly paid off - judging by her incredible appearance on the sands.

Missing from the beach front walk was Kim's daughter North West, who was more than likely sheltered from the sunshine inside.

The entire family flew out to Thailand on Wednesday, although Kim's fiancé Kanye West, who begins the Australian leg of his Yeezus Tour on May 2 at Perth Arena, was absent.

Following her walk on the beach, Kim was seen spending time with sister Kendall, looking in good spirits as the family enjoyed a relaxed dinner together.

Kendall was seen laying back onto her big sister Khloe as they appeared to be enjoying entertainment from a fire-thrower during their meal.

Also seen at the dinner was Kim's mother Kris and her estranged husband Bruce - who appeared to have no animosity between them as they sat next to each other.

Joining the Kardashian clan on the break were the Jenners - Bruce's sons Brody and Brandon, as well as Brandon's wife Leah.

The family stayed at the exclusive Iniala Beach House, situated on the Natai beach front looking out to the Andaman Sea.

With three separate beach front villas, the group were in the lap of luxury for the break, and had their every whim catered to by a personal butler.
