Requesting a Copy of an Article
The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, Inc. (JBJS) does not comment on the cases of individual patients. We do not provide referrals, advice, or information on physicians, surgeons, hospitals, medical centers, or medical or surgical procedures.
The material in our publications, both in print and online, is written by and for medical professionals and is not intended for a general audience.
If you are researching your own condition or that of a person important to you and you cannot afford the pay-per-view charges for an article published by JBJS that is available online, we will e-mail a PDF of the article to you if it is available digitally.
Please do not request more than two articles at a time.
You must provide the following information:
- The article authors, title, year, and page numbers. All this information can be found online.
- Your name and e-mail address
Please e-mail this information, with your request, to patient_request@jbjs.org .
Note: Please add "patient_request@jbjs.org" to the "approved sender" list in your e-mail program. JBJS will not fill out automated request forms to be added to such lists.
