They are both reportedly due to give birth any day now.

So Drew Barrymore and Ciara had plenty to talk about on Saturday at a Safe Kids Day event in Los Angeles.

Pregnancy certainly seemed to suit Drew who showed off flawlessly glowing skin at the outdoor event.

The Never Been Kissed actress dressed simply in a navy blue shirt, black jeans and ballet flats with her hair tied up in a loose ponytail.

Drew is expecting her second child - a girl with husband Will Kopelman. The couple already have a 15-month-old daughter called Olive.

Ciara, meanwhile looked striking in a white shirt dress, smokey brown eye make-up and glossy lipstick.

The 28-year-old singer will soon give birth to a boy with fiancé Future, real name Nayvadius D. Wilburn.

Late last month, the mother-to-be shared photos from her baby shower featuring plenty of blue decorations and a gorgeous two-tiered cake with blue icing and a matching blue pram, the words 'baby love' spelled out in sparklers above a 'Baby Wilburn' nameplate.

The stars were joined by pregnant Kendra Wilkinson at the event described as an 'educational playdate that raises funds and awareness of preventable childhood injuries.'

The organisation's website offers tips to avoid common crib, car seat and household dangers.

Meanwhile, Drew recently revealed she is due to give birth in two weeks. 'But we'll see,' she said. 'It keeps it interesting!'

The Charlie's Angels star has ensured she has shifted her priorities to revolve around her growing family.

'It used to be work first and now it's life first,' she said. 'So even though I'm doing a lot, there's a lot of things that have slowed down.

'I don't make that many movies anymore. I'm not really producing right now. And I'm trying to do jobs where I can work from home or be at home by dinnertime if I do have to go out to meetings. You just sort of change your life.

Though becoming a parent is 'the greatest thing I've ever done in my life,' Drew says it's brought her a new level of anxiety.

'I've never been so worried in my life about making sure that something I care about more than I've ever cared in my life is safe and intact,' she said.

Drew and Kendra are doing much better with their weight the 2nd time around. I still can't believe that Ciara let herself be baby mama #4. Ciara at least has money in case anything happened whereas his other baby mamas don't.
