She's a busy model, TV host, fashion designer and mother of four. And she's dating a much younger man: 27-year-old Vito Schnabel.

So it's no surprise Heidi Klum is exhausted.

Looking as gorgeous as ever, the 40-year-old was photographed passed out asleep while working on America's Got Talent in a couple of photos she shared to Instagram on Monday.

In one shot, Heidi can be seen with her head down on the NBC show's infamous judge's table.

Wearing black dress and her flawless face done up perfectly, the German beauty rested on her arm and a included the note, 'Loooooong day at AGT !!!!!'

Later she posted another photo curled up underneath a blanket on a leather couch, which appears to be backstage.

With pillows propping her head up, the statuesque host got some much needed shut eye.

She included a message in her native German: 'sooooo müde heute !!!!!!', which translates to so tired today.

The overworked TV judge is gearing up for the premiere of the show's ninth season on May 27.

The Got Talent franchise on Monday officially entered the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's most successful reality TV format.

Heidi posed along side her co-judges Howard Stern, Mel B, Howie Mandel and host Nick Cannon as they were presented with the award.

'Accepting a #GuinnessWorldRecord for #GotTalent being named the most successful reality TV format! #AGT,' she wrote on Instagram.

The Got Talent format, created by Simon Cowell, was initially created as Britain's Got Talent in 2006 and has subsequently been adapted for broadcast in 58 countries.

To further keep her busy and sleep deprived, Heidi will also film her hosting gig on the long-running fashion series Project Runway when production starts on the new season this summer.

With promotion for the new season already kicking off, the 40-year-old shared a photo with her Project Runway co-star Tim Gunn while making an appearance on The Rachael Ray Show.

Standing in between Tim and Rachael, Heidi included the message, 'Visiting @RachaelRayShow and making my mom’s sauerkraut soup. @TimGunn gave it two thumbs up. Tune in today!'

Heidi went on vacation with Vito in March but has not been seen with him much lately.
