About Our Returns PoliciesAmazon.co.uk, and many Sellers on Amazon.co.uk, offer returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of delivery. You can use this page to learn about our return policies. Most items sold on Amazon.co.uk follow our general return policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. If your order was sold and dispatched by a Seller on Amazon Marketplace, you can learn more about Arranging Marketplace Returns and Refunds. To return an item please go to our Online Returns Centre. For Kindle return policies please see the Kindle Returns Policies page and for the Kindle Terms of Use please see the Kindle License Agreement and Terms of Use page.
If a product becomes defective after 30 days you won't be able to return it using our Online Returns Centre. You may wish to visit the manufacturer's website or contact them directly as they may be able to offer troubleshooting and support with the issue you have with the product. Please see Manufacturer Contact Details and After Sales Service for more information. Alternatively, please Contact Us. We won't accept the return of any software returned to us if it's been opened. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product isn't received in new, unopened condition. For instructions on how to return items purchased from Warehouse Deals see Returning an item purchased from Warehouse Deals. AutoRip MusicUnder the AutoRip programme, after you complete a purchase of an eligible AutoRip album, a free MP3 version of that album is added to your Amazon Cloud Player library and is available on your PC or Mac computer, or other connected device. If you cancel an order for an AutoRip album or you return an AutoRip album and you download any tracks on the MP3 version of an AutoRip album from your Cloud Player library (including if you have enabled auto-download to a device and any of the tracks on the MP3 version of the album auto-download), you will be considered to have purchased the MP3 version of the album from the Amazon MP3 Store, and we will charge your credit card (or other payment method) for the current price of the MP3 version of the album at the time your cancellation or return is processed (which may be a higher price than your original order). This charge is non-refundable and may be a higher price than the physical version of the album. If you cancel your order for or return the album and you do not download any of the tracks on the MP3 version of the album from your Cloud Player library, we will remove it from your Cloud Player library and you will not be charged for it. For more information, go to Learn More About AutoRip and AutoRip Terms and Conditions.
