Good HEIR(ess) day! Tamara Ecclestone and husband Jay Rutland enjoy afternoon out in London with baby Sophia

By Daily Mail Reporter

She only recently become a new mother.

But heiress Tamara Ecclestone has clearly got to grips with parenthood, thanks in part to her husband Jay Rutland.

The two were spotted out with baby Sophia as they dined out in West London's Notting Hill on Saturday.

Wearing a knitted jumper dress and a pair of ankle boots, the brunette beauty dined al fresco with a pal while baby Sophia was dressed in a pink baby-grow.

Meanwhile, Jay kept it casual with jeans and a T-shirt and a pair of blue loafers.

Together, they sported designer sunglasses to cap their status as young, on-trend parents.

The family-orientated snaps come just one day after the newlyweds were spotted enjoying some 'alone' time.

The 29-year-old socialite and broker Jay, 32, booked an intimate dinner at Nobu restaurant on Friday - their second date night in six days.

The pair treated themselves to a meal at the upmarket Mayfair eaterie, which specialises in contemporary Japanese robatayaki cuisine.

The pair seem to have settled into their new role as parents, with Tamara saying she was 'born to be a mother.'

Recently speaking about motherhood, she tweeted: 'Becoming a mum to Sophia the greatest gift ever feel so blessed, a very special journey has started.'

She was spotted in London last week with a Swarovski crystal encrusted pram which cost a staggering £1,450 - although it was a gift from her sister, Petra.

That might be a top designer pram but the handle is low down and will give both of them (and the nanny) a bad back if they push it around for long. The other two prams they have are higher.

Since she gave birth to the baby, she hasn't been seen without her or him. And this is someone that can jet around the world without notice. Some people always featured on DM should take note.

You're supposed to have a front page story about how quickly she lost all of the baby weight, DM!! Thank you there's one less story though that will be lacking the term 'Baby Bump'.

I think she controlled herself so much during her pregnancy so she could bounce back this fast. It's unfair that celeb new mums can't just enjoy their pregnancy and new baby

She looks great but it's just a bit early to be wearing a dress like that.

Bit soon to be out and about for a tiny baby, isn't it? My little boy was still in the hospital at that age
