The FIFA World Cup™ Trophy Tour by Coca‑Cola

Football's most coveted trophy is embarking on its longest-ever world tour in the run-up to the 2014 FIFA World Cup™, giving more than a million fans the opportunity to see it up close.

The FIFA World Cup™ Trophy Tour by Coca‑Cola was launched in Rio de Janeiro with the help of five champions – one from each of Brazil’s five FIFA World Cup™ wins: Zagallo (1958), Amarildo (1962), Rivelino (1970), Bebeto (1994) and Marcos (2002).

Over the following nine months, the Trophy will travel to 90 countries, including 49 that have never hosted it before. It comes to Wales, England and Scotland between 12 and 18 March 2014.

Did you know? By the end of the tour, the Trophy will have travelled more than 92,000km (more than three times the Earth’s circumference)

The FIFA World Cup™ Trophy Tour commemorates Coca Cola’s long-standing relationship with football and the FIFA World Cup™, which is just one part of our global commitment to encouraging active healthy lifestyles.
