$BROOKSVILLE - A grand jury has moved to indict a Brooksville woman on charges of murder in the first degree and aggravated child abuse. April Nichol Brooklyn Weber, 26, was arrested on the charges Mar. 24 after she admitted to throwing her six-week-old baby on a bed and against a dresser. Law enforcement and paramedics responded to Weber's home at 22203 Mondon Hill Road on the afternoon before her arrest after receiving a call about an injured infant. The baby, Aubrie Weber, was airlifted to St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa with severe injuries, including fractures on both sides of her skull and bleeding in her skull. The baby was resuscitated three times but eventually died from her injuries, according to the sheriff's office. They are meant to be judging the best of the best performers America's got to offer, but on Tuesday the real competition was on the red carpet.

Judges Heidi Klum and Mel B went head to head at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood as they kicked off filming for America's Got Talent.

While going up against a supermodel is always going to be a tough ask, Heidi made it even harder shining in a revealing leopard print dress.

Looking at least a decade younger than her 40 years, the German born beauty showed off plenty of leg in the black and print dress thanks to a very high split.

Making the already very sexy dress even sexier, it also had a cowl neckline that allowed the star to reveal plenty of cleavage.

With the dress making a big statement as Heidi walked into the auditions down Hollywood Boulevard, the model kept her accessories understated, wearing a pair of black platform heels and a short necklace round her neck.

For the day of auditions, the 38-year-old wore an all-white ensemble of skinny jeans with a short sleeve T-shirt that showed just a hint of the star's stomach.

While the former Spice Girl can be highly commended for looking toned in the often hard to wear colour her casual approach just could not knock Heidi off the style podium.

Mel accessorised her outfit with pops of metallic including silver heels with an ornate buckle on front, two gold necklaces and long silver nails.

Joining the ladies on the carpet was their fellow AGT co-judges, Howie Mandel and Howard Stern.

Also trying to turn heads in Hollywood was host Nick Cannon.

No doubt the outfits are only going to get crazier as filming continues over the next month.

The auditions may be underway but America's Got Talent Season 9 competition does not air May 27.

Heidi is gorgeous as always.....but here so is Mel. The scary spice big hair always hid her beauty. Her hair looks amazing like that, her face is SO pretty.....cut your hair short Mel. The white top and jeans are simple yet sexy....the silver manicure is lovely.....she needs strappy sandals and a silver look-at-me pedicure to nail it!!!
