Olivia Palermo and her fiancé Johannes Huebl teamed up to hail a taxi cab in New York City on Monday.

Judging by their very eye-catching stylish ensembles, such a feat shouldn’t have been too difficult to accomplish.

The 28-year-old reality star looked aristocratic in a stately royal blue coat with brass buttons over a beige sweater teamed with a pleated peach mini-skirt.

She highlighted her long slender pins in a pair of black tights and black Mary-Jane pointed-toe heels.

Olivia added some additional flair to her look with a black belt around her slender waist, a multi-coloured print scarf, while shielding her eyes with dark shades.

Wearing her chestnut brown hair swept back in a bun, she looked preoccupied chatting on her cell phone with a large white folder under her arm.

Meanwhile, her German model beau kept up his fashion game in a dark blue parka over a denim jacket, teamed with white trousers and dark blue Oxfords.

He shielded his eyes with sunglasses and also carried a binder beneath his arm. 

Olivia and Johannes got engaged in December, and the beautiful brunette will likely stun on her wedding day with a one of a kind gown.

She says the key to finding the right wedding gown is adding personal touches.

'Check out the Marchesa, Oscar de la Renta, or Carolina Herrera shows online,' Olivia recently told Brides magazine.

'And even if your dream dress comes right off the rack, add your own touch. Play with colour. It's all about the styling!'

And as far as her future with Johannes is concerned, she has no doubt that they'll continue to make each other happy.

Describing how they first met, she revealed: 'Friends set us up, and it just fell right into place. We're a great team. We understand and respect each other, and we make each other better people.'

She added that 'it also helps that we both work in fashion and can travel the world together. We get to see the world through each other's eyes.'
