Vienna Tops Mercer's Quality of Living Rankings

Mercer has released its 2014 Quality of Living rankings. Analyzing 39 factors important for expatriates, Mercer ranked 223 cities based on data from its Quality of Living Survey. Mercer's Survey helps multinational organizations compensate their expatriate employees and aids governments in benchmarking their cities' attractiveness for expatriates.
