Snooki recently revealed she's expecting a baby girl but this time she had another kind of announcement to share.

The 26-year-old reality star proudly displayed the first sign of a pregnancy bump in a new tweet that she posted on Saturday, just in time for Mother's Day.

Snooki is seen standing in the backyard wearing a long black-and-white dress and a knowing smile as her hand cradles her blossoming belly.

Finally starting to show: Snooki showed off the first sign of a pregnancy bump in a new Instagram posted on Saturday

'Filling this sundress out!' Snooki excitedly wrote in the caption as she stands in a garden as a little boy runs in the background.

She didn't want to forget Lorenzo, 22 months, and posted a sweet close-up photo of mother and son.

'My main squeeze,' Snooki wrote.

Earlier she shared via Twitter: 'Wearing my first summer dress of the summer....and I'm definitely filling it out with this baby bump.'

The former Jersey Shore star - who is engaged to Lorenzo's dad Jionni LaValle - revealed on her blog on Thursday that she will add a girl to her brood.

Snooki made the announcement not in a blog post but rather a video where she held her toddler Lorenzo as she learned for the first time herself that she was expecting a daughter.

'Jionni knows what we're having, and he put balloons in a bin for [me and Lorenzo],' the MTV star said in the clip.

'So we're going to find out what we're having right now, and we're so excited.'

Turning to her son, she asked, 'You ready? You're gonna have a sister or brother. No, you don't want it now? You want to be an only child? Well, you're not.'

She then opened the lid of the bin and pink balloons came out.

Lorenzo looked disinterested in the whole reveal but did have fun playing with the balloons.

Snooki, however, who looked pretty in a black tank top as her reddish locks fell over her shoulders, was beaming.

The best friend of JWoww - Jennifer Farley, who is also pregnant - had told Extra that she 'definitely' wanted to learn the gender of the baby before the birth.

'If it's a boy or it's a girl, as long as the baby's healthy, we're gonna be very, very happy,' she said at the time. 'But me and Jionni would like to have two boys.

'Everybody in our family has a boy and then a girl, or a girl and a boy, so we kind of want two boys to switch it up and make it different.

'Plus, I'm not ready to have a miniature me. I don't need a diva telling me what to do. I'm not ready for that.'

In late April the pint-sized star posted an Instagram snap of herself where she pointed to her bump.

Wearing a black Tupac tank top she appeared proud. 'Green goblin for tonight's workout?' she captioned the image.

Snooki allegedly plans to wed her fiance and baby daddy Jionni LaValle later this year, according to WetPaint. The couple will tie the knot in October, just one month after delivering her child.

The wedding will reportedly be covered on the fourth season of Snooki & JWoww.

At the New York City upfronts for her MTV series, the beauty, who became engaged in March 2012, told the site, 'The wedding is like a month after the baby, which is why I’m doing this fit pregnancy.'

The former party girl added, 'Because after you give birth, you can’t really work out. You have to recover … and I’m going to need to squeeze into my dress!'

The nuptials will have a Great Gatsby theme and the cast of both her MTV shows will be invited. She will say 'I do' at the Venetian banquet hall in Garfield, New Jersey.

'I want to write my own vows, but am not sure if Jionni will want to,' she has said.

The next season of Snooki & JWoww will also cover the pregnancy of JWoww.

She continued: 'We are so excited to share this new chapter of our lives with you as we become parents and create more memories with a new addition to our family!'
