She is known for posting countless yoga photos on a weekly basis.

But it seems Hilaria Baldwin actually had something to say while she stretched on Sunday.

Five days after her husband Alec Baldwin's arrest Hilaria appeared to address the actor's latest personal troubles on social media.

The photo shows Hilaria barefoot in a blue printed dress and brown belt as she twists into a 'triangle pose' on the edge of a swimming pool. The caption reads, 'When life feels overwhelming & suffocating, sometimes I forget that the storm passes & peace returns'.

The 56-year-old 30 Rock star was arrested in New York on Tuesday for riding his bicycle in the wrong direction on Fifth Avenue.

The actor was later charged with disorderly conduct after reportedly becoming angry and belligerent with police.

Alec tweeted after his release 'New York City is a mismanaged carnival of stupidity that is desperate for revenue and anxious to criminalize behavior once thought benign'.

Like her, she looks great and is only having a bit of fun. She did promise a new yoga pose everyday and she's doing well to keep it up. I don't see how these pictures are construed into negativity about her being a crap mum??
