'I have nothing left!' Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott break down in the most emotional episode yet of their docu-series

By Chelsea White

The fallout from Dean McDermott's cheating has finally been revealed - and it isn't pretty.

In a sneak peak of their docu-series True Tori, Tori Spelling and her embattled husband's emotions explode as they try to decide whether to stay in their marriage.

While there have been tears before on the Lifetime show, the upcoming episode is almost hard to watch as the couple pour out their raw feelings in sobs and screams.

In the emotional clip, a sobbing Dean seems confused on which way to turn.

Talking to his wife as she sits on her bed, the 47-year-old says through tears: 'I don't deserve any of this, I don't deserve this beautiful family.'

The actor buries his head in his hands as Tori sobs both in anger and frustration: 'You don't deserve any of it and yet you have it.

'You have all of it, we're all still here.'

The Santa Baby star cries for Tori - who celebrated her 41st birthday on Friday - to tell him what he can do.

She responds: 'Do something right. You need to do something right.'

Sobbing and screaming: 'This is serious, this is me. I am sitting here, my heart is ripped out.

'I have nothing left. I'm asking you, do something! Think about it.'

Hard to watch: Tori sobs and screams that her 'heart is ripped out'

Probably unwisely, Dean yells back: 'What? What? I love you, I want to make this work, I want to be with you.'

Eliciting a hysterical response from his devastated spouse, the actor tries again.

'My heart tells me to stay with you and love you like I still do you.'

The clip ends with Tori - whose face is swollen she has been crying so hard - screaming as if in pain: 'If you truly want me back think of something.'

Still holding on: Dean buries his head in his hands, revealing he still wears his wedding ring

While many have questioned whether Dean's cheating scandal and the show is real, the sneak peak would make most believe that there is no way either of the pair are faking it.

The show follows the couple's attempts to move past a cheating scandal in which Dean was accused of being with multiple women before he then sought treatment for emotional issues.

The pair who just marked their eight wedding anniversary, share four children - Liam, aged seven, Stella, aged five, Hattie, aged two, and Finn, aged 20 months.

Not an ounce of sympathy coming from me. To think people will air out all their dirty laundry for a couple of benji's. How classless and immoral.

Gees girl...you have 4 beautiful children snd one really crappy louse of a husband. Hhmmm, what do I put my effort into? My kids who need me or the bum? Why are you even giving this loser the time of day? Dump the dude, quit doing reality shows, make amends with your mother, grow up and raise those children you brought into this world. You have everything to live for. Quit your pity party, shut your mouth in public, get some professional help to help you be a better mom, daughter, and friend. Throw your trash out and move on! Please!

Tori, take YOURSELF to rehab and figure out what you need to do to save yourself and why you think you have to do this on television. I'm not sending you to rehab because you are wrong, but for you to understand yourself and whether you should stay with Dean.

Reality TV really is a form of pornography. Manipulative, exploitative, disingenuous, deceitful. Vile. If this particular show is scripted, more fool those taken in by it. It the couple's pain is genuine, it is beyond belief that they would put it all out there for strangers to gawp at.

I always believe that if he cheated with you - he will cheat on you! He is treating this girl the same way that he treated his first wife. He already has children with another woman and yet, this little girl is surprised that he is doing the exact same thing! Leopards do not change their spots - they just get older! Dump this bum and move on!

Of course there is Yes, WAY they're faking it. They're ACTORS. Most likely looking to extend their range a bit. When is the last time you saw either one of these two in serious TV or movie roles? Please. Would you put all your "dirty linen" out there for the world to see and critique if you didn't absolutely have to? Granted they're being paid to do this series, which is really tacky. But we know it's being played for maximum drama that equates to maximum ad dollars..... if anyone is even watching. I know I can't watch it. I did once for a few minutes and it made my skin crawl. That's not what I want to watch for fun. It's just too creepy, long and drawn out.
