"I love that (owner) makes the service calls. It's very convenient that he came to me. It's just one less hassle for me. He works quickly and was very professional. I had trouble with the electric tilt on the motor again while on the water and on Sunday and was able to call him. I figured out a way around my problem before he called back but the point is that he returned my call and was going to help me out on the weekend. I highly recommend this service. The only critique is that business is busy this time of year so getting a hold of him and setting up an appointment was challenging. I will be using him in the future.

"I am with a PTA at an elementary school. We have a large fiberglass train art sculpture in front of our school that had been damaged. We had limited funds so a little worried that we wouldn't be able to fix the broken & weathered areas. The damaged sections of the train were not fiberglass and had gotten water damaged and was breaking off. of came out for free to check out the damage for free and since we were a local school, said he would repair the damage for FREE! I about cried since I was one of the people who had spear headed the project and was at a loss on how to fix it with little cost. I found him on a Yahoo seach. While he seems to specialize in boat repair, he did offer other services and thought it was worth a shot to check it out. He was absolutely amazing! He didn't seemed fazed at all about the project or what I needed repaired. He took pictures of every step of the repair and went the extra mile to even color coat some of the fiberglass so that we would not need to repaint certain areas. He worked quickly and gave constant updates. He even let me repaint areas at his shop on our schedule. He is REALLY personable and just a great small town type of guy. He also repaired the High School Mustang horse after it was heisted and dragged around town a couple years ago. You never would have know it was damaged. His work was clean and smooth on both projects. He goes the extra mile to make his customers happy. His additions to the train look like it was original work. While he did our work for free, his work was excellent so you can expect excellence when you are actually paying for it!

"Start: I brought my boat to to be fixed and I was giving my bought back in worst running condition than I brought it to him him. Plus he very unprofessional and rude. It is obvious he inherited this business I would not bring a rubber raft to him if I brought the patches to fix it. don't do like I did listen to what people say. He is to expensive and not a good mechanic. He is a parts store. The girl that handles the parts knows more than the mechanics in the shop.

"We negotiated a price of $37,850.00 for a new boat, motor and trailer. During the negotiations we asked the sales manager, , if there were any rebates or incentives available and we were told there were none. We gave a $1000.00 deposit and set a date for delivery. A few days later Mr. contacted us to say that there would be an approximate 4 week manufacturer's delay in getting an aftermarket option we wanted on the boat. During the 4 week waiting period it dawned on me that delivery was moved from May into June so I called Mr. and asked if the boat or motor manufacturer had any rebates or incentives beginning in June. Again, he said no.
On 6/23/2012 we arrived at the dealership, gave them a cashier's check for $11,012.91........the bottom line after taxes and trade-in......as shown on our original purchase agreement. After we got back home with our new boat we noticed that the paperwork we signed at delivery had the same bottom line figure but the purchase price was adjusted upward by $498.00 to $38,848.00. The up charge to the purchase price was then offset by a $500.00 rebate. When we called Mr. about this we learned that the motor manufacturer had a $500.00 rebate that was applied to our deal. He claimed "no foul" because he said our deal was always about the bottom line, that he figured the rebate into the original negotiations, and that a clerical error is why the rebate wasn't shown on the original purchase agreement. When asked why he twice denied that any rebate was available he reiterated his "always about the bottom line" position.
You'll have to make your own assessment about whether Mr. and are honest or just out to take advantage of the customer. We believe he cheated us, that he did so intentionally, and that his explanation of his actions is an outright lie. He will never see us in his showroom again and we would encourage all who read this to bypass so that you don't become his next victim.
