The 37-year-old sexy Spanish senorita, who gave birth to twins three months ago, was in Madrid on Wednesday to unveil her new fitness book Intensidad Max - and her outrageously toned midriff.

With her blonde locks slicked back from her face with a heavy dose of gal gel the genetically blessed beauty gave the camera the full force of her flawless features and killer cheekbones at the ME Hotel launch.

In the steamy shot the blonde beauty who's mother to twins Sasha and Tristan, as well as two-year-old India Rose, has her arms pinned back and her sculpted midriff on full display.

Even in her resting pose the athletic actress' arms have plenty of definition.

The shoot was presumably taken before she gave birth to her little boys, as despite admitting to being an exercise junkie the body conscious beauty has previously said on her Glamour magazine blog that she didn't jump straight back into exercise after the birth of her daughter and waited a couple of months before tackling her core.

The fitness devotee who regularly documents have exercise-filled life on Instagram and her Spanish blog, has previously told Women's Health Australia that, 'exercise is like an addiction. Once you’re in it, you feel like your body needs it.'

Her weekly routine is a hard core mix of two rounds of strength training, yoga or pilates three or four times a week and Muay Thai.

Her action star hubby of four years is often on hand to help her train and she revealed that while pregnant with her daughter India, she exercised up to the day before her birth.

It is a very healthy habit that eliminates toxins from the body, provides vitamin C, is highly antioxidant and purifying.'

The slender starlet starts the day with a dose of carbs and follows the mantra 'eat breakfast like a King, eat like a Prince and dinner like a pauper', and swears by gogi berries, flax seed and Kukicha tea.
