When it comes to putting an outfit together, Kendall Jenner learnt from the best.

And she showed her Kardashian style as she teamed a shiny white bra top with a pair of high-waisted dress pants at a book signing in Los Angeles with her sister Kylie.

The 18-year-old rising model also covered up in a sheer turtleneck slip and sported white pointed-toe pumps at the event on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Kylie, 16, looked hip in a black flared skirt paired with a beige tank top, a black top hat, and heels that laced around her ankles.

The sisters signed copies of their debut young adult sci-fi novel, Rebels: City Of Indra - The Story Of Lex And Livia, at Barnes & Noble at The Grove mall.

The book was actually penned by ghostwriter Maya Sloane, though the publishers claim it came 'from the minds of Kendall and Kylie.'

It was a promotional day for the sisters, who earlier appeared on KTLA, wearing different outfits.

Kylie shared a bit of insight regarding their book’s plot: ‘It’s just about two sisters taking on this world after this huge catastrophe that drove everyone to live underground.’

The sisters also gushed about their half-sister Kim Kardashian’s recent wedding to Kanye West.

Hip: Meanwhile, Kylie, 16, sported a black flared skirt paired with a beige tank top, a black top hat, and heels that laced around her ankles

‘We were crying the entire time because it was so beautiful and the love they have for each other is just a movie,’ Kendall said.

‘It makes you want to cry how in love they are with each other and how perfect they are for each other.’

‘It definitely sets the bar for our future husbands,’ Kylie added, whom also said of her sister moving out: ‘It’s only been a couple weeks, but I really do miss her. I miss you. And I feel like it’s so lonely now.’

When asked about growing up with cameras around for almost eight years, Kylie said, ‘I don’t even remember the time when they weren’t around.’
