She's built a reputation as a health fanatic and active yoga practitioner, with incessant social media postings promoting the benefits of juicing and limb-bending.

And Hilaria Baldwin proved on Friday that she practices what she preaches as she shared a snap to Instagram of herself striking an acrobatic pose in front of her open refrigerator.

The glimpse inside her cold box revealed the healthy habits that keep the 30-year-old lean and limber, with almost no solid food and mostly liquids.

The yoga teacher wore pedal pusher tights as she donned a loose grey T-shirt, tucked into her waist band.

Kicking her feet over her head in a version of a forearm stand, she captioned the shot: 'This is how I earn my snacks #hilariaypd #raidingtherefrigeratorpose (pincha mayurasana variation) #yogapostureoftheday'.

The 'snacks' she spoke of were made up of almost all fluids of many different varieties, and a cultured coconut meat.

An entire shelf of her large refrigerator is dedicated to a dairy free version of yoghurt called So Delicious Creamy Vanilla Coconut Milk Yogurt, which is a type of coconut meat that has been cultured.

The shelf directly beneath it is filled with tins of coconut water, bottles of sparkling mineral water, and bottles of Fiji water - in addition to what appeared to be the remnants of a juice cleanse kit, with a remaining bottle of cold pressed green juice.

But the rest of the cold case did not contain much else, besides a drawer filled with lemons and another one dedicated to vitamins.

No wonder their fridge had no food in it: Hilaria was seen leaving her NYC apartment on Friday for most likely a weekend in the Hamptons; the beauty carried her shoes and Carmen's toys in one hand

Champagne, however, was visible on the inside of the refrigerator door along with apple cider vinegar and various salad dressings (presumably fat free).

The healthy contents of the refrigerator are no doubt appreciated by her husband Alec Baldwin who has shed the pounds since being with her, and has also been clean and sober for decades.

The snap is part of Hilaria's commitment to post one yoga pose to instagram every day, as takes the limb bending practise to the public with home-yoga, street-yoga, and now refrigerator-yoga.

Hilaria and her husband Alec Baldwin will celebrate their two year anniversary on June 30 and will celebrate their daughter Carmen’s first birthday two months later.

Meanwhile, the family were pictured enjoying a leisurely stroll in New York on Tuesday, with Hilaria clad in a white eyelet dress with cork slingback pumps.

The following day, she tweeted: ‘I always look at couples walking down the street and wonder: how did they find each other? What's their story? Love is incredible isn't it?'

She probably has more than 1 refrigerator. I like that fridge. Coconut water, water, champagne? I'm in! How about some organic blackberries, blueberries, strawberries and some home-made organic whipped cream sweetened with xylitol? Oh yeah.

The health fanatic can sometimes be a bit of an act.....they eat healthy food but not enough because weight is also a priority. Then there are those who think if some vitamins in healthy food is good...more vitamins might help even more.
