He split from his second wife Dina last year, after 17-years-of-marriage but it looks as though 84-year-old Clint Eastwood is taking bachelorhood in his stride.

On a break from directing his new movie American Sniper, the veteran actor was pictured with Christina Sandera, a pretty hostess from his Mission Ranch Hotel in Carmel, California, earlier this month as the pair went shopping at Whole Foods in LA.

And it has now been revealed that the duo have in face been living together for months, with Us Weekly reporting: 'She lives with him in his house he used to share with Dina. She moved in months ago.'

And the pretty blonde has even gotten the seal of approval from his children.

The source said: 'Clint's kids have all met Christina and like [her]. The kids all say she is 'normal.'

Clint looked calm and relaxed as he accompanied his girlfriend, while she pushed their shopping in a cart.

The pair were seen loading up a vehicle before jetting off together with the goods.

Christina bares a striking resemblance to Erica Tomlinson-Fisher - who Clint started dating following his split from his wife.

Erica used to be married to Scott Fisher, a childhood sweetheart of Clint's ex-wife Dina.

A source explained the spouse swap, saying: 'After Scott and Erica divorced, Erica was sure Scott was romancing Dina. Erica called Clint's office last February to discuss her suspicions - then he fell for her!'

However, that relationship appears to have fizzled out with the insider explaining: 'Erica Tomlinson-Fischer now seems to be gone. She hasn't been around in awhile. He is with Christina and happy.

In December last year, Clint - who is worth a reported $350 million - filed a response in his ongoing bitter divorce from the TV news anchor Dina Eastwood, indicating he's not willing to provide her with maintenance, which will allow her to continue to live the lifestyle she's used to, and he wants her to cough up for her own legal fees too.

Dina filed for divorce from the Oscar-winning star after 17 years of marriage in October last year, citing irreconcilable differences, but Clint claims the pair secretly separated more than 18 months ago.

The 48-year-old reality TV star is also asking for full legal custody of their 16-year-old daughter Morgan, which could cause an even bigger feud between the pair.

Clint claims he took out a pre-nuptial agreement prior to their wedding in 1996.

Meanwhile, Dina recently admitted she didn't blame the Gran Torino star for their split and, instead, believes it was people around him who caused their separation.

She said in December last year: 'He's lovely, he (Clint) hasn't done much. It's other people around him have done things that have blown me away and again my future ex-husband has done nothing [wrong].'

'He's probably the sweetest guy I've ever met. He is the sweetest, he is a loving, kind, low-key person so my intuition was still great on marrying a good person.'

Clint has seven other children from previous relationships, including Francesca who he had with actress Frances Fisher.

I feel he and Dina would not have broken up if they had not done that reality show. It's sad. She had some super crazy moments that were caught on camera and I don't think he wanted to be associated with it.
