The experts say it's the most important meal of the day.

And Jessica Biel and Elizabeth Berkley got their Friday off to a healthy start as they breakfasted together.

The two met up at the Le Pain Quotidien bakery in Los Angeles.

Saved By The Bell's Elizabeth seemed overjoyed to catch up with her old friend.

Dressed in a denim shirt and white trousers, along with grey suede boots, she smiled delighted as the two embraced.

Jessica, 32, was equally well clad in cream pants and a black leather jacket, matched with leopard print pumps.

While the two have never worked together they are sure to have plenty to chat about.

While Elizabeth is mother to son Sky, who turns two next month, Jessica and husband Justin Timberlake are said to be planning on starting a family of their own.

First, though, Biel has plenty to keep her busy.

The actress stars in the upcoming films Shiva And May, Nailed and The Blunderer.

Meanwhile Elizabeth has just completed a run on Dancing With The Stars in which she finished in a respectable sixth place.
