And on Thursday, Kristin Cavallari was finally snapped with her son Jaxon Wyatt, as she stepped out in her residential city of Chicago.

Yet, it was hard to believe it's only been a little over a month since the 27-year-old reality star gave birth.

The Hills alum displayed her impressive form in a tiny pair of olive green distressed denim shorts and a loose off-white blouse.

The blonde beauty added a chic touch with a brown wide-brimmed hat and beige T-strap sandals, as she pushed her newest addition in his stroller.

The pair were seen on a picturesque path, finding a green landscape amidst the bustling Midwest city.

Kristin enjoyed a 'beautiful day in Chicago,' she told E! News. 'Baby Jax loves walks!'

In May 7 the Laguna Beach star proudly revealed that she her husband Jay Cutler had welcomed their second son.

Kristin posted a picture on Instagram of a blue and white striped knitted hat and a pair of miniature moccasin boots, which appeared to have been wrapped up in her hospital ID wristband and were also pictured in her hands on Thursday's walk.

'Welcome Jaxon Wyatt Cutler 7lbs 11oz 5/7/14,' she wrote alongside the sweet posted at the time of his birth.

The reality star turned jewellery and shoe designer already has a son named Camden, who will turn two in August.

Kristin married Chicago Bears quarterback Jay in Nashville, Tennessee, in June 2013.

The couple announced in October that they were expecting their second child together and in February confirmed that it would be another boy.

Kristin was last seen running errands in Los Angeles on April 9 but posted a selfie on Instagram of her outfit just 15 hours before revealing she had given birth.

The blonde admitted in March that she and Jay opted out of vaccinating Camden and were not planning on vaccinating their second child either.

'We didn't vaccinate. I read too many books about autism and the studies,' Kristin said in an interview with FOX Business' The Independents.

'There’s a pediatric group called Homestead, or Home First ...They've never vaccinated any of their children and they haven’t had one case of autism. And now one in 88 boys is autistic, which is a really scary statistic.'
