They both looked dapper in blue and grey suits at the premiere of their latest movie The Rover.

But it was Australian starlet Rachael Taylor that stole the spotlight from the film's main men Robert Pattinson and Guy Pearce.

The actress looked stunning in a chic and simple black ensemble as she took to the red carpet as the Los Angeles premiere of the film.

The Tasmanian-born actress oozed sophistication in a black shirt dress paired with stylish black heels with strap and lace detailing.

Rachael, 29, added a slight pop of colour with raspberry red nails and a fine gold bangle.

The blonde Transformers star kept her beauty look minimal with a slightly smokey eye and her shoulder-length hair very straight, in a centre part.

Model and actress Bar Paly also showed up the Hollywood heavy weights in a bright pink raw silk cocktail dress, with loose sleeves and an A-line hem.

The 29-year-old beauty pulled her hair into a soft side-parted bun and accessorised with nude, strappy heels and a grey snake skin clutch.

Robert, 28, was handsome in a mod blue suit, crisp white shirt and thin black tie.

His hair fell in it's usual scruffy style, alongside Guy who donned his signature specs and an egg shell grey suit.

Robert's portrayal as a gang member in the post-apocalyptic film has won him praises from his critics, including The Guardian's Tom Shone who said: 'the kid can act.'

More "showcasing legs" guff...Whoever the leg lunatic is at the DM office, they need their heads examining, they're getting out of hand now. Just about every article that is about a female or even has a female in it, mentions her legs at some point, usually prefixed with an idiotic soundbite like "showcasing" or "flaunting" or "parading"...This comic gets worse by the day,

I remember seeing Rachael Taylor for the first time on a Bonds billboard during some time spent in Melbourne and thinking she was gorgeous. She looks even better now.
