Tara Reid has admitted to having been the victim of botched liposuction back in 2004.

And while she has since recovered, Jason Biggs appears to not have much sympathy for his American Pie co-star and has gone on the attack by insulting her body

The 36-year-old - who just last year called her a 'hot mess' - took aim at the Sharknado star's physique by saying 'no one knows what's going on with Tara's body' during an appearance on Joan Rivers' web series In Bed With Joan.

During a segment on the web chat show called Live Or Die, Joan asked Jason to choose who he would save and who he would let perish between Tara or Lindsay Lohan.

Without hesistating, Jason threw shade at his 38-year-old former co-star and made his choice.

'Lindsay Lohan stays,' The Orange Is The New Black star proclaimed as he further complimented the embattled actress.

'She’s got nice boobs. She really does. Lindsay’s got nice boobs,' he added before laying into the Sharknado starlet.

'Tara’s body, I don’t know what’s going on with it. I don’t think she ever knows what’s going on with it.'

Rivers then asked, 'And Lindsay does?'

'Lindsay doesn't know what's going on with Tara's body either,' he unloaded. 'No one knows what's going on with Tara's body.'

But back in 2004 Tara had a joint liposuction-breast enhancement operation which went wrong.

She previously said of the procedure: 'I got lipo because even though I was skinny, I wanted - I’m not going to lie – a six-pack. I had body contouring, but it all went wrong. My stomach became the most ripply, bulgy thing.'

That year also saw the actress have her infamous wardrobe malfunction where she flashed her left breast while on the red carpet at Diddy's birthday party.

Jason previously dissed Tara during an appearance last year on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live.

Making reference to his Netflix show, Jason was jokingly asked to come up with Reid's prison name to which he replied, 'hot mess.'

Taking to Twitter the blonde beauty responded, '@JasonBiggs it's really sad I just landed in LA and the first thing I read about you that you are calling me a hot mess.i I've supported u !'

He returned by writing, '@TaraReid I love u Tara, it was a joke! Didnt mean to offend, Totally kidding around! it was a game! Xoxoxo.'

As of yet, Tara has not commented on Jason's latest insult.

His career is on the downward spiral to such an extent that he has to go on the Joan Rivers Show to get some publicity, how sad is that! It is a pity that to try and promote himself he is being mean to a former friend, he may have been a star but he certainly does not have any class.

Why do people feel the need to highlight other people's flaws when I'm quite sure we have enough of our own to worry about. Why not go and find something selfless to do rather than slate one another. Surely all the years you have known someone outweighs any hostility.
