Sloane Stephens reveals her love for 'cute' Andy Carroll... he has a ponytail, right?

Andy Carroll has a new fan - American tennis player Sloane Stephens.

The world No 19 admitted she finds the West Ham striker ‘cute’ - but was less complimentary about his footballing ability.

Stephens was speaking after reaching the last 16 of the Aegon Classic at Edgbaston with a straight-sets victory over Francesca Schiavone.

‘I love him!’ she told BT Sport.

‘I don’t know who he plays for but he has a ponytail, right?

‘Someone said he wasn’t good looking but I think he’s cute.

Stephens said she was looking forward to the World Cup, and showed she has done her research when it comes to England.

‘If it goes to penalties, you guys won’t do very good,’ she added.

Andy Carroll cute. She should have gone to Specsavers, as a loyal West Ham fan she is right about his lack of real talent, £15 million we were robbed! Andy seems to love his constant media rather than scoring goals. Must be another non news day!
