We're used to seeing her in an array of workout outfits and heading out on her grueling exercise regime in New York.

So it's only natural that reality star Kelly Bensimon would take some time to proudly display the results of her hard work by stripping down to some revealing swimwear.

The 46-year-old showed off her impressive physique as she waded in the shallow waters of the pool at boutique hotel The Villa by Barton G in Miami.

In the sultry shoot, Kelly poseD seductively in and beside the aqua blue waters.

And the mother-of-two looked fantastic in the lemon yellow bikini which accentuated her toned tummy.

Her ombre dyed locks were left loose around her shoulders with a long layered fringe framing her face.

Laughs: The brunette beauty took it all in her stride, making sure to have fun as she posed in a variety of positions

She kept things simple and accessorised with just two crucifix pendants and a silver bracelet.

In a couple of shots she stands in the shallow waters and gazes into the camera in a come hither fashion.

Following that she reclines by a water feature showing off those ripped stomach muscles.

According to her Instagram, doting mum Kelly took eldest daughter Sea, 16, along with her for the Miami trip and stayed at the luxurious property previously known as the Versace Mansion.

Kelly appeared in seasons two through four of The Real Housewives Of New York City.

Earlier this season, she made a surprise appearance at the suggestion of LuAnn DeLesseps.

'LuAnn asked me to come on with her,' Kelly told Wetpaint. 'She was like, "Will you walk in this fashion show for me and surprise all the ladies?" And I obviously told her that I would. It was really fun.'

She added: 'I loved being on the show and meeting these women and observing their lives. The only way that I would actually ever consider coming back is if I could actually show my real life and be able to celebrate who I am, versus being in a scene with women I don’t know.

She began her modelling career in New York City when she was a teenager.

It's odd. Why is it that women need to prove they're sex symbols and men don't. Yes, the pretty boys who still don't know whether they're female or male until they prance around in their speedos, but we don't see men posing like this with fake poses. Who drinks water at water fountains whilst looking away from the water fountain? I don't get it. Why is it difficult for women to dress elegantly and still be sexy. Jolie dresses with clothes on her back she doesn't parade around with her breasts bouncing around everywhere and her rear in your face 24/7. In reality I think if we saw people walking down the street dressed like Ri (naked with a see through curtain on) I think we'd burst into laughter. It's just ridiculous. Yes live your body but don't throw it down everyone's face. Sheesh.

When she's standing up she has a figure like a man. She has no shape whatsoever - she needs a waste. I loved her in Real Housewives though - she's is one crazy lady.
