But January Jones provided a peak of what she may have looked like as a blushing bride in a recent throwback photo shared by the Mad Men actress.

The 36-year-old captioned the photograph on Thursday: '#tbt to 96' when I was a model bride/bridal model. #ifonlyihadanickelforeverytimeivebeenafakebride.'

The photo captured a blushing January gazing into the distance with a lacy veil wrapped around her curled up 'do.

A coat of smokey eyeshadow highlighted the Mad Men star's blue eyes, while a slick of hot red lipstick added a splash of colour.

The mother-of-one - who started her career as a model - later shared a recent snap of herself savouring a red lollipop.

The actress looked to be sitting in the driver's seat as she twirled the lollipop in her fingers.

'Ain't gettin anywhere lickedy split in this town. #calmdownimataredlight #safetyfirstwhenlickinganddriving,' the X-Men starlet described the Instagram photo on Friday.

The Unknown star gazed at the camera through white circular sunglasses, and accessorised with a chunky gold watch and a simple necklace.

Meanwhile, January recently put her 1920's-era, 2,200-square-foot Los Feliz home on the market for $1,495,000 in May.

She is said to have purchased a $1.7 million home in Topanga Canyon.

In addition to her real estate ventures, January will be starring opposite Ethan Hawke in the upcoming thriller, Good Kill.

The film, which is due out in 2015, follows a family man who wrestles with his conscience when he begins to feel uncomfortable about his job as a drone pilot.
