Justin Bieber is now being sued by pedestrian who claims he was hit by the star's Ferrari last year... just one day after Beverly Hills car crash
Justin Bieber is now being sued by a pedestrian who claims he was hit by the star's white Ferrari last year on the Sunset Strip, according to a new report.
Walter Lee, a paparazzo who was taking the 20-year-old’s photo as the pop star tried to maneuver his white Ferrari out of a sea of flashing lights, claims he suffered severe injuries.
Lee says he’s been saddled by hospital and other medical bills for lacerations and bruises left on his knee stemming from the alleged accident in June, 2013, according to TMZ.

Moving target: Pop star Justin Bieber is being sued by a pedestrian he allegedly hit last year with his Ferrari
Bieber, who was exiting the Laugh Factory on Sunset Boulevard with friend Lil Twist, was initially investigated for the alleged hit and run, but was later cleared by police.
The lawsuit comes at a bad time for the Boyfriend heartthrob.
Just the day before, Bieber was involved in a car accident outside Mastro’s Steak House in Beverly Hills, but police confirmed he wasn’t driving.
The 20-year-old Baby singer's black Cadillac Escalade was hit on the right side passenger door by a black BMW SUV.
'Justin was only a passenger, not the driver, and he was not hurt,' a source told MailOnline. 'He is doing just fine.'
Guilty or not? Bieber, seen at the Cannes Film Festival on May 22, had already been cleared on hit and run charges in last June's incident

The steak house, coincidentally, is where the Canadian star took his on-again girlfriend since 2011, Selena Gomez, for a romantic dinner on June 20.
Though the accident looks to not be Justin's fault as he was not the driver, the wreck comes at a bad time for the As Long As You Love Me singer.
Earlier this year the hit maker was slapped with a DUI after he was pulled over in Florida following a drag race session.
On June 13 UsWeekly reported the DUI had been dropped in a plea deal but that he was going to have to attend anger management classes.
'It's a really good deal and he's happy with it,' an insider told the site.
Justin won't even be put on probation, the source added. 'He thinks it's fair. He just wants to put the whole bad episode behind him and move on.'
