Poppy by name...Ms Delevingne is leggy in a floral folk-inspired minidress as she parties in Mayfair with husband James Cook

By Daily Mail Reporter

She's a leggy model who has a penchant for thigh-skimming minidresses.

And Poppy Delevingne certainly turned heads in a colourful, folk-inspired number as she attended a party in Mayfair on Thursday.

The 27-year-old model, who married husband James Cook in May, opted for a cream dress which featured brightly coloured floral embroidery in red, pink and blue.

The pretty dress featured sheer material at the neck and sleeves, while a low-cut back added a touch of sexiness.

The star wore her long blonde locks styled into relaxed curls, while she complemented her English rose complexion with a pale pink lipstick and a soft grey eyeshadow.

A black, chain-strap handbag and strappy gold heels completed her summery look.

On Wednesday, the socialite turned heads at the Chiltern Firehouse, London, in another thigh-skimming floral dress as she walked hand-in-hand with her beau.

The number had a distinctive vintage feel and was teamed with black ankle boots, complete with silver chain detailing.

The pair enjoyed a night out after after dining at the nearby Il Baretto restaurant with pals. Print-loving pair: Poppy Delevingne and her new husband James Cook headed to London's Chiltern Firehouse hand-in-hand on Wednesday evening

With her parent's social standing, Poppy has become accustomed to rubbing shoulders with the rich and famous from a young age.

Joan Collins is her sister Cara's godmother while their mother's friendship with Sarah Ferguson meant they also became close to Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie.

Poppy was privately educated before finding success as a fashion model. She has starred in campaigns for Anya Hindmarch, Agent Provocateur, Diesel, Chanel and Louis Vuitton - although more recently her fame has been eclipsed by that of Cara Delevingne.

She's way too bony, but the dress and shoes are cute.

He looks like a malnourished Benedict Cumberbatch and she just looks, well, malnourished.

She is sooo skinny and her husband is so unattractive. What a really strange and unappealing couple.

The dress and shoes in the first picture is very stunning, really like the outfit, fabulous dress. She is a very pretty girl but not as gorgeous as her sister Cara.
