Kreyos' Sales Return and Refund Policy

We appreciate you shopping at www.kreyos.com and for the purchase of one of our products. We want to make sure you have an exceptional online experience when perusing, surfing and purchasing our products. (For simplicity, we refer to Kreyos as "us", "we" or "Kreyos" in this Sales Return and Refund Policy.)

As with most shopping experiences, there are terms and conditions here at Kreyos that apply to each transaction and purchase. What is of paramount importance is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Kreyos, you agree to the terms set forth below as well as in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Sales Returns and Refunds

Although we believe you will be delighted with the products you purchased, Kreyos does understand that on occasion a product may not be what is expected by a customer. In such cases, we invite you to read the following terms and conditions related to returning a product for replacement or for a refund.

For any and all undamaged Kreyos products, you must return it in its original packaging accompanied with the original receipt within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. If the item is returned within this period, we will replace the product or offer a refund based on the original purchase/payment method. Any product being returned for a refund, whether a partial or full refund, Kreyos will charge a restocking fee equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the aggregate price paid for the product. The restocking fee will be deducted by us and you will receive the net refundable amount. In order to return a product, you shall first obtain a return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number by contacting the help desk at support@kreyos.com. Once proper information is obtained by us, including whether the product is being returned for a refund or a replacement, one of our team members will provide you with an RMA number. You will need to legibly write the RMA number on the outside of the packaging and ship to our distribution facility located at Kreyos, Inc. 4455 E. Philadelphia Street, Ontario CA 91761. The cost of shipping the product back to Kreyos is your responsibility. If you are returning the product for a replacement, we will pay for the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.

Please note that the RMA ticket remains open for thirty (30) days once it has been issued by one of our team members. In order for Kreyos to honor and process a return or refund, the product must be received by our distribution facility (at the address in the paragraph above) within thirty (30) from the RMA issuance date.

Price Adjustment and Reductions

With respect to pricing of products, Kreyos shall have the right to modify, change, alter, raise or lower prices for its products whether online or at authorized retail locations at any time. Kreyos also retains the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur.

Online Purchases

When we receive your online order, we will send you an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not represent that Kreyos has accepted the order, but simply confirms that your order was received. Kreyos has the authority at any time after receiving an order to either (i) accept or (ii) decline the order. If Kreyos decides to cancel an online order subsequent to receiving payment, Kreyos shall return the amount of payment to the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

Please visit our support page at support.kreyos.com/knowledgebase to learn about how and when we will ship and when to expect to receive the products you purchased from us. Your purchase order may be affected by events beyond our control after your shipment leaves our facilities. Accordingly, we are not held liable for late deliveries, but will work together to ensure the timely delivery of your product.

End Users and Consumers Only

We sell and ship our products to end users and consumers only. Kreyos retains the right to refuse shipment or cancel your order if we believe you are purchasing your product for resale and not for personal use.

Certain Countries and Territory Sales

We accept orders placed from billing addresses in the United States, and certain countries and territories. Please visit our knowledgebase page at support.kreyos.com/knowledgebase to see if we ship our products to your address. Our products are subject to the laws and regulations of the United States and other countries (import and export), such that our products are sold, purchased, shipped, imported, exported, transferred, and used in compliance with such laws and regulations.

Availability and Limitations of Product

If demand exceeds the supply of our products, we may limit the number of products available for purchase and shipment. We are, however, manufacturing the products diligently in order to meet demand. Therefore, we retain the right to alter quantities available for purchase and sale at any time with or without notice. We will endeavour to notify our customers who have already placed orders of such limitations. In addition, it may be possible that we confirm an order and subsequently learn that we are unable to fulfill it due to limited availability. In such case, if we are unable to ship a product you ordered, Kreyos will cancel your order and refund your purchase price.
